Is there truly such a thing as brass metal? The beauty of the ol’ VidRhythm is it kills the perfect amount of time to to take a quick break before we get back to real practicing :p

Based upon the frequency of these you’d be allowed to think this is all we do anymore but really we just use these for mini breaks after rehearsing songs we can’t do so well somehow this manages to boost our self esteem and not the other way around, couldn’t tell you why…

Just to show you the levels at least with the others we try and do something accomplishable (at least to our standards) otherwise you get videos such as these where we just end up acting like fools by anyone’s standards…

VidRhythm for your iDevice

This video was made with a fun app created by Harmonix called VidRhythm. Yes, that’s the same Harmonix that can probably be called the father of the music rhythm genre as we know it today. This app is not so much a game as it is an interactive toy but it’s pretty entertaining. Basically you just follow the directions, making the appropriate sounds when prompted, and watch the magic unfold. There’s 20 songs to choose from and I’m sure if the app sells well, they will add more. No need to be a musical genius, Harmonix handles all of that greatness for you. The app is $1.99 in the App Store and works on any iDevice that has a camera.
