Venezuela

Do you see that? Looks like a joke image, right? Well, it isn’t.

This happens in Venezuela. It looks like nobody knows how is our crisis, because I’ve talked with a lot of people (Americans, French, Canadian and even Mexican people) who really don’t know what is happening.

I’ll explain the imagen.

In Venezuela, we haven’t medicines, even in the hospitals. This is because a patient with hypoglycemia is being attended in this way, because the hospital don’t have dextrose for the people. This is happening in Caracas, Venezuela’s capital. But not only in Caracas, is confirmed that in Maracaibo too, and who know where too.

Another cases:

“I take prednisone for animals because I can’t found it anywhere and it helps me, isn’t logic, but our health can’t wait”

“Confirmed, I’m medic performing in so many decadency. We even’t have privates places for dextrose for decompensated diabetics and believe me I could write for hours about so many that I’ve lived in the middle of this catastrophic crisis, where personally I’ve take with me a hurted pacient behind of a 350 because we haven’t ambulances, where we haven’t gloves for protect ourselves and a lot of  things like that, this is the reality…. It must be give “ORALLY” because the drink is rich in glucose (Sugar) for these pacients this imagen showes [She means the soda imagen] how is conected to a micromanager where it doesn’t looks very good… But it’s valid by an OROGASTRIC probe. As a heroic way, becase like we know “It’s incorrect”.

I even can give my own testomony. My mom is sick, and she must work everyday, I can’t help her because my leg is broken, and my brother must help his own family. She’s in pain everyday, and the money is too hard to found. If there’s money, but there’s no medicine. And, if there’s medicine, there’s no money, because all the treatments are very expensive, like everything, for our inflation on the 1600%.

Please, help us.

People of the World please spread the word  please read, I beg you

People, I’m venezuelan and I still live here, I’m one of those people that still believe that our country will be a good place to live someday. We are going through very hard and difficult times. I know I only post my art here and I don’t like to bother you with personal stuff, but this is much more than personal. THE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD NEED TO BE INFORMED about what’s going on here in Venezuela. Since years, months, weeks and days, venezuelans in the country are fighting for our rights. We are protesting peacefully, we don’t want more dead or injured people, we don’t want our people to look in the trash for food anymore, we don’t want our people to make lines to buy the things they need, we don’t want our people dying in the hospitals because there is no medicine or equipment, we don’t want our people to be killed because they didn’t have a good phone to be stolen, we don’t want our children dying of hunger, we don’t want our classmates to be arrested for no reason and tortured in jail, we don’t want our beloved ones dying because they decided to protest, ALL WE WANT IS OUR RIGHTS TO BE RESPECTED! OUR RIGHTS AS HUMANS! You don’t know HOW PAINFUL is living in here, knowing that there are mothers that die, hungry because they gave the last they had to feed their babies and somewhere else there are people of the government relaxing on a beach, buying Mercedes Benz, or having a fancy dinner.  Yesterday, april 19 people took the streets one more time and the government  did the same as always. THREE people died yesterday in the hands of the government. Nicolás Maduro sabe que esto se acabó. He knows! We venezuelans have had ENOUGH of you!

Today, april 20, the people went back to the streets, and it happened the same way. I was in my apartment and suddenly a lot of gnb (military police) appeared in the street. The people, that is really REALLY mad at them, started yelling and insulting them, they are murderers. The gnb started shooting at the buildings (some windows are broken) and then used lacrimogen gas on us. THEY ARE SHOOTING WITH GAS THE BUILDINGS WHERE ARE CHILDREN, BABIES AND OLD PEOPLE!

WE CAN’T STAND THIS ANYMORE! THIS GOVERNMENT, THE GOVERNMENT OF NICOLAS MADURO MOROS IS KILLING US AND THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW IN ORDER TO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! CHOOSE YOUR POLITICIANS WISELY, PEOPLE, OR YOU COULD END WITH A CORRUPT, DRUG DEALER, MURDERER PRESIDENT

I won’t post photos in here, but for the sake of you, search in twitter or instagram with the tags #20abril or #19abril. The social media is the only thing left for us. No tv channels or radio stations are transmitting what’s really happening

I’m sorry it’s a really long post but you don’t know how much more I want to write about this

Estamos cansados. Me duele mi país. Pronto serás nuestra otra vez ¡QUE VIVA VENEZUELA NOJODA!

We are tired. We are a beautiful country that have brought it to ruin. Before, people came to our country because of the warm weather, the beautiful beaches, even the Angel Falls! (Which everyone knows about Up, the movie). And now they all go. Either by the airport or a coffin three meters underground. My country hurts. It hurts to see my friends leave because they know that their future here is not worth anything. It hurts me to see how children / adults / young people die every day because there are not enough medical supplies for everyone. It hurts me that I can not go out to a disco or to a friend’s house, even walking at night because I run the risk of being killed only by a cell phone. It pains me to see that young people are leaving their lives for us on the street protesting while many do not care. It hurts me to see children every day eating from the garbage because their parents do not have to take a piece of bread to them or worse their parents could not get food because there is NOTHING in this country. They have stolen everything that even the fear took away. I know that someday we will recover, my beloved Venezuela. I know that soon all will return and we will cry of joy because we will be a beautiful, safe and happy country again. Soon my Venezuela. Soon you will be ours again! LIVE VENEZUELA NOJODA!

PS: We need these photos to go around the world so they know what our country suffers. Please, help us all know what we are going through, it is our bit, we really need the world to see the crisis that we are going through the Venezuelans. Please … We promise you it will not take too long.

These are pics of the protests occurring in Venezuela right now. The people are going to the streets to fight the corruption of the government and in response the police has been sent to shoot at its people.

This is happening in ours streets, ours school and universities. This is the scream for help of a country that is dying of hunger and fear.

As Venezuela lives in a dictatorship the only way of communication we have is social media. If you could share our situation that would be a show of help and support that we desperately need
