Just wanted to show you guys the difference clean eating & hitting the gym at least 5 times a week over two months can make.

I am now only 12.8kgs from my first goal weight of 80kgs & I’ve now lost well over 35kgs in just a little over 7 months.

So over the moon with the progress I’m beginning to see on both my stomach and back.

I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again: hard work & dedication will NOT let you down.

welp I just changed my first tire solo ( usually I’m w a guy or one comes investigating bc I am a smol female person who obvs doesn’t know what to do in such a situation ). Shout out to my high school gym teacher who taught us all during drivers ed sophomore yr. Time to see if all of my body weight is enough to have tightened the bolts all the way!
