Ep5, Gameboard Layout

So, rereading Episode 5 has proven to be interesting, because unlike Ep1-4, I really didn’t have a baseline understanding of what happened on the gameboard when I started rereading it. While it’s true that Ep4 is a similar blind spot, in that the vast majority of its narrative as presented is fantasy, it follows the same structure as the first three Episodes. Episode 5 is definitely a departure from the norm, due to Lambda’s influence. As a result, I can’t “extrapolate” a sequence of events in the same way as I could for Episode 4.

So that’s where this post comes in. Rereading my own notes and recalling the Episode’s events, I’m going to try (keyword: try) and construct a plausible sequence of events for what exactly happens on the gameboard itself.
