More is always more when it comes to staying warm this fall and my favorite way to beat the cold is by doubling up on all the layers. I started with some double denim in two different shades of blue. Then I layered on a lightweight barn coat. Doubling jackets is a great way to get more use out of your lighter outerwear as the weather gets colder and it adds another element of interest to your outfit. How do you layer your clothes to stay warm in the fall?

“Make your own vitamin water. Add fruits instead of sugar for a natural sweetener for your H20. Cut the fruit into paper-thin slices or small chunks. Combine ingredients with water. Refrigerate 4-6 hours and serve over ice. So delicious and very refreshing!”
It feels good to be back in Los Angeles. I love New York but the weather this season was brutal. Being done with Fashion Week in New York, Project in Las Vegas and the Academy Awards culminating the award season in Los Angeles, I can finally lay off the suits and tuxedos and just hang out in my comfortable fits. A lightweight short sleeve sweater shirt and sockless rubber sole oxfords is my definition of comfortable.
