Billy, I love you. Tommy, I love you too. It takes a lot of strength, and kindness, and wisdom to act like you two did, and it takes bravery to stand up to powerful opponents who are convinced they are right. No, they are wrong. Cyclops, Wolverine, Captain America, Ms. Marvel, Iron Man, White Queen are WRONG. It’s you two who are right and it’s you two who have the right.
“In the beginning, nobody knew what to make of us. Seven super-powered Avengers fans—who came together because the Avengers had fallen apart. Now there are four of us and we’ve fallen apart. I have no idea what will happen to us. But maybe that’s the point. That there are no guarantees. There are no happy endings. But you show up anyway. You don’t give up, you never give up. Maybe that’s what it takes…to be a hero.”
It could just be (probably is) a difference in artist interpretations, but doesn’t it look like Teddy’s gradually getting taller and taller than Billy? I mean, the first picture is from the Children’s Crusade run and their practically the same height. The bottom two pictures are from an issue that came out just a few weeks ago and Billy just makes it up to Teddy’s shoulders. These two will be the death of me I swear.
