Sebastian on picking one of the characters he played to be his best friend

Q: If you could have any of the characters that you’ve played or their female version to be your best friend or sibling or your date, who would you pick and why?

Sebastian: I don’t know if I would date anybody I played but uh best friend…I was going to be like “yeah it would be nice to have a best friend like Bucky Barnes”, but then he would be like “oh he’s late again!” “He’s lost again!” No, loyalty is good…I don’t know. It’s an interesting question.

Audience: TJ!

Seb: TJ?! Yeah TJ is a very sensitive person. I’m sure he would know the answers to those things what can you control you can’t control. I don’t know. Any of those guys would be fun.

“What’s the role?” he’ll ask.

“Well,” Sebastian Stan’s agent will say, “he’s the closeted son of a politician, struggling with PTSD after his military service.”

“Uh-huh. What’s he named?”

“Theodore Roosevelt O'Toole, but–”

“I’ll take it.”

“Are you sure you don’t want to read the script first?”

“No. No need. This is the role I was born to play.
