The gentle pull of a tide that rolls over and over again and by the sheer nature of its essence it becomes an indestructible will- ripping out sand- eroding what was before it- without a care… a transformational monster-becoming the madness and frenzy of a truly bulletproof wave. I’m not just here for your love, I’m here for all of the love. An overdose of dopamine- we are living inside of M A  N   I    A right now. the never sleeping, never blinking- caught forever in the sunshine riptide. -pw

Welcome to M A  N   I    A - a Fall Out Boy LP. Here’s act #1 “Young and Menace” - video + download/stream.

M A  N   I    A arrives in full September 15th (expect many surprises before then). The M A  N   I    A Tour begins in the U.S. on October 20th. Pre-order the album through our webstore by Sunday night to get a pre-sale code to purchase tickets/VIP packages before anyone else on Monday at 10am local time. To make things easier, and as a thank you to the early birds (helping you catch that 🐛), bundles are being discounted from now through Sunday night. Starting on Monday, bundle prices will go up.

If you can’t get your hands on a bundle this weekend, sign up to our mailing list by Monday morning. A code will get sent out on Monday in the afternoon for you to use on Tuesday. Everyone else will have to wait until Friday when general on sale starts.

Also we’re proud to announce that $1 from every ticket sold will go towards the Fall Out Boy Fund. We created the fund as a way to give back to charities in our hometown of Chicago.

things about the td garden show

(night 1, sept 22 2017)

- he was the smiliest boy!!! in the whole world!!

- ed said he and his brother talk about rick and morty

- he sang tenerife sea!! and repeated “so in love” over 30 times. i counted. and he ended it with “im in love” like just go ahead and kill me

- he loves his high notes like he adds them to every song

- he just sang gibberish for one of the lines in galway girl and i was like same

- how would you feel was an old voice memo that he looked through because he didn’t have enough songs on the album…

- his friend TJ is really good at piano and ed convinced him to play how would you feel with him on stage!! ed sang “so tell me that you love me too” directly to TJ and after he left the crowd chanted “TJ! TJ!” so he came back out for a final bow

- he told us he’s been super excited for the boston shows because ireland yay

- at first dublin was the loudest then buenos aires then atlanta then chicago and boston are apparently tied now

- the lyrics on the screen behind him for you need me i don’t need you were wrong??

- at the end when he took the picture he said “boston give me a smile” and it was just cuteness i was like yes daddy

(this takes place in the same universe as this)

Four months into the season, and Neil has finally seen some game time. He’s even scored a few goals, cementing his spot on the bench at least.

It shouldn’t be comforting to see his name on the list of subs before every game. It is anyway.

They’re celebrating the end of a good series—a fifth game home win against New York—in a local bar, and there’s a stranger talking to Neil.

“You were really good tonight,” he says. He’s wearing a hat with their team’s logo on it and he has an empty pitcher of Sam Adams next to his elbow. There is a straw in the pitcher, and every so often he clamps down on it, sucking at dregs. “You should be starting. Tell Coach Albert I said that.”

“I will,” Neil says. “I’ll tell him a stranger at a sports bar says he should start me.”

“You ever score on Minyard?” the guy says. He waves down a server for a refill of his pitcher.
