DETAIL + DEPTH | To prepare for the legs-behind-the-head poses, start with an elevated Supta Baddha Konasana. Instead of supporting the spine like the restorative version of this pose is often taken, make a harness for the feet using blocks and a strap. Make a loop with the strap and place it over one to four stacked blocks. Take the legs into Baddha Konasana and slide the feet through the loops on either side of the blocks. Lower the torso and rest the head on a folded up a blanket. Release the inner thighs and groins.
