She stared at the stunted legs, the swollen brutish brow, the green eye and the black one, the raw stump of his nose and crooked pink scar, the coarse tangle of black and gold hair that passed for his beard. Even his manhood was ugly, thick and veined, with a bulbous purple head. This is not right, this is not fair, how have I sinned that the gods would do this to me, how?

The Starks were safe inside Winterfell’s walls, but when the Lannisters betray them the only ones to escape are Sansa and Bran. Angry, alone, and afraid, they head to Jon Snow for help in proving their family’s innocence.

Two years after Harry Potter defeats Voldemort, the war isn’t over; with the aurors still maintaining martial law over Great Britain, the victims this time aren’t muggleborns but purebloods.

And not just any purebloods- the oldest families.

the perfect end credits scene for civil war (or infinity war idk)

so it’s after the fallout of the avengers (let’s be real, civil war isn’t going to end with both sides eating shawarma and being all happy with a sense of resolution like in the first avengers film.) so it’s the post credit scene.

the scene is set in some lab in the inside the stark tower, the vision is standing over a table looking at an open file and many assorted papers. tony calls for him off screen, the vision promptly leaves, leaving the file on the table open for anyone to see.

the camera walks towards the files, the content comes into focus. “AVENGERS FAIL-SAFE PROGRAM” is printed across the file in bold lettering.

there are profiles on various (what appear to be) superpowered individuals, (names, id photos, list of powers, locations, etc). there’s a thick stack, but several profiles in particular are spread out on the table, the contents clearly visible in the rolling shot.

the individuals in question?

  • William “Billy” Kaplan
  • Theodore “Teddy” Rufus Altman
  • Elijah “Eli” Bradley
  • Katherine “Kate” Bishop
  • Cassandra “Cassie” Lang
  • Thomas “Tommy” Shepherd

Steve

Steve has the full-sized console, that allows all of his emotions to work together. Anger and Disgust are particularly good at working together, which is what gives Steve his bully-fighting instincts without going into a complete rage.

After Steve was thawed out, Fear developed a habit of throwing memories of the war into the viewer, despite the others’ protests, and Joy took long breaks from the console. However, Fear has called memories into the viewer less, and Joy has joined the others at the console more as time in the present has gone on.

Some of the islands and associated key memories:

  • Righteousness Island: probably the first time he encountered bullying (Anger)
  • Leadership Island: getting accepted into the military (joy/fear)
  • Loyalty Island: his mother’s death (sadness), meeting Bucky (joy)
  • Art Island: maybe one of making his mom smile with his drawing (joy)

Tony

Tony’s console is full-sized, though it’s a little more sensitive to inputs than most. Though, when he (or anyone) gets drunk, the console malfunctions slightly, only taking inputs from one emotion at a time, and being extremely sensitive to that emotion. Joy is his most dominant emotion, and tends to try to keep Fear from the console as much as possible. When Fear does start to do his job, Joy usually cuts in with having Tony crack a joke (and when not Joy, Anger is the one cracking the jokes). And when Joy feels like they can’t keep Fear and Sadness away from the controls, Tony usually helps Joy regain control with some alcohol.

After the Battle of New York, Fear is able to take control more, usually by putting the memory of the wormhole in the memory viewer, where it gets stuck.

Some of the islands and associated key memories:

  • Iron Man Island: Escaping the people who had him held captive (fear), his first test run of Mk II (joy)
  • Invention Island: Making his first bot (joy)
  • Philanthropist Island: Probably his mom encouraging him to give some money to a homeless person when he was really young (joy)
  • Socializing Island

Thor

Thor’s console is still growing, though it’s big enough for more than one emotion to work together comfortably. Anger and Joy work together a lot, particularly while he’s in battle. Anger is usually the one to pull Sadness off the console, or at least join Sadness when the other emotions feel like Sadness’s job is done. Fear rarely steps in at all at the console, unless one of Thor’s friends or family is in danger. His dominant emotion is Joy.

Some of the islands and associated key memories:

  • Family Island: His father telling him stories about the past (Joy)
  • Friendship Island: Meeting Sif and the Warriors Three (Joy)
  • Combat Island
  • Leadership Island: His coronation as official heir (Joy)

Bruce

Bruce’s console is fully upgraded, though for a time after he was exposed to Gamma rays, Anger was forbidden from touching the console. Of course, Anger could still be tempted to touch the console, and when he was, the other emotions would all stop what they were doing and try to stop him, since they were trying to prevent Anger from causing the Hulk to come out. Eventually, they (and Bruce) realized that the best way to prevent the Hulk isn’t to stop Anger, but to let Anger work with the other emotions. As long as Anger wasn’t acting on its own, there would be no Hulk. Fear and Disgust are also able to turn Bruce into the Hulk in cases where doing so would save Bruce.

After his emotions started letting Anger work with them, Bruce became probably the Avenger with the emotions that work the best together, except for maybe Natasha.

Some of the islands:

  • Science Island
  • Caring Island

I can’t really think of any more or any key memories.

Clint

Clint’s console never got the final upgrade that allows all of his emotions to work together well, though a couple can work together fine. Fear is likely his dominant emotion, though usually paired with a second emotion to mask it.

Sadness and Fear are at-odds with each other in Clint. Sadness tries to pull people to Clint to care about him, while Fear is afraid of hurting the people Clint is close to and thus tries to push them away. The result is moments where the console is unattended-to, or attended to by Anger or Disgust (since Joy is busy trying to break up the fight), which helps Fear push the people away without Clint showing his fear, or even realizing that’s why he’s doing it.

Some of the islands and associated key memories:

  • Archery Island: training for the circus (joy)
  • Compassion Island: probably finding an injured animal at his home as a kid and nursing it back to life (Joy/Sadness)
  • Distrust Island: His dad abusing him (fear), his mentors in the circus using him (anger)

Natasha’s needs more thought than I am able to give hers right now (as I need to go to sleep), but I will do Natasha’s next.

A sneak peek into the Harry Potter AU that’s been in my drafts for ages-the rest of the story should be up sometime soon.

Tony is just disgusted with every Apple product ever, more than even Hammer tech, Steve daresay. The one time Peter asks for an iPod, Tony withdraws to his workshop and makes him possibly the most advanced music player in the history of badass music players (the thing has a fanning system that opens with a click, what kind of iPod would have a fucking fan) and when Steve buys himself a Mac, because he needs a computer to start his awesome blog called “ask the avengers” Tony doesn’t come out of the workshop for a full week. He finally emerges after Pepper launches the new Starkbook. In just the span of a week.

(Steve later finds out that Tony finished the plans and the prototype in a day, sent them to Pepper and went behind her back to threaten the factory owners into producing the shit right away)

Steve gets a personal one with “I’m the king of everything that is tech, yours truly” inscribed inside the Stark Industries logo. It has Tony as its wallpaper and a very annoying alarm that he can’t turn off shouting out the inscription every hour.

One thing both Steve and Peter find absolutely hilarious is that Tony turns into a very pissed off Fury when he’s talking about Apple.

"I’m telling you Cap, those mother fuckers don’t know nothin’. If they callin’ that flyin’ fancy junk ‘tech’ them bitches got a long way to go.“

They film it on camera. Steve illustrates it and puts it on his blog. It is up to date the post with the highest note count on tumblr.
