Shaw’s alluded to her Iranian background several times. For instance, she had a conversation in Farsi with a taxi driver, she mentioned her mother escaping from Iran, celebrating Persian new year. What did this representation of your heritage through Shaw mean to you personally? - question asked by @ariyah-v
A shape, y’know? Nothing firm. What is means is that the real world is essentially a simulation, anyway. I like that idea, that even if we’re not real, we represent a dynamic; a tiny finger tracing a line in the infinite. A shape. And then we’re gone.
#goddd they really invented sexual tension and chemistry with this scene #the amount of times shaw looked down at root’s lips though… (calm down you thirst bucket) #the face holding and touching #i just….. #not to mention root kissing shaw’s upper lip??? #soft??? #i truly wish they weren’t THIS convincing during this whole scene #like they weren’t even fully kissing and this was still amazing #forever THAT ship?? #i fully agree
