Some of my favorite makeup looks from the past 6 months!
I hope I keep improving and doing more elaborate things!! Fantasy and special effects makeup has become my favorite thing to do, and I’m super excited that I graduate and can test for my Cosmetology Liscence NEXT MONTH!
Tears (2015) by Stephanie Fernandez / Tumblr In this series, I have created 5 separate makeup ideas demonstrating different feelings that are associated with tears. These visuals and feelings are my personal interpretation of crying. Tears are physical representations of raw emotions and I’d like to think art is the same in that sense.
1) A Numb Release 2) Overwhelmed by Beauty 3) Fight or Flight 4) Miserable Melancholia 5) Pure Joy
If you like this cosplay, please take the time to vote for me at the Cinema Makeup School Next Level of Cosplay competition!! If I win I get a full scholarship. Further explanation below:
Hey there, so I just entered a competition for a scholarship for the master makeup competition at Cinema Makeup school. I made it past the preliminaries (I was judged on a panel and everything) and am now in the finals which is decided by a public vote, and I am currently doing pretty bad (I haven’t really advertised) Pretty much the only way I’m going to be able to attend this school (my dream school) is to get this scholarship, I lack the income to go here, and they do not have any student loan or financial aid problems. I entered my Silent Hill Nurse cosplay (which you may have seen, I posted on my feed a few weeks ago) and you can watch the video and vote for it here: http://woobox.com/qtbrgkI AM UNDER THE NAME ONA MORGANA
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS SUUUUUPER IMPORTANT TO ME AND EVERY VOTE COUNTS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT
Some kind of interpretation of Twisty the Clown from American Horror Story: Freakshow. It’s rather messy and inaccurate but it was fun anyway. Also I was going to do some of the rest of the costume but then I got hungry and gave up to eat curry instead.
Had a lot of fun with this one. Making silicone old age pieces next week so thought I’d refresh myself with some plain ol’ makeup. Clothes are all painted on too. For best viewing, cover each side then view a a whole.
Send me a message if you are interested in seeing this as a Youtube tutorial, as I’m not sure what the level of interest is for this sort of thing. Feel free to subscribe if my looks tickle your fancy. :)
