Ps-I-love-you

I really like living walking distance to the library. I hop off the bus right in front of it and then just cruise the rest of the way home!

Listening to so much literary disco had me really itching to pick out some new books. The past few weeks have been really consumed with learning and practicing Pure Barre in order to pass my certification and I had been using all of my free time to do that. Now that I’ve passed (!!!) I can relax a little bit and donate some of my free time back to reading and it’s the perfect time of year to do that! SUMMER READING!

I’m almost finished reading “Let Me In” which is getting to a point where it is consistently incredibly gross and hard to read like, have to vocalize my disgust on the street, on the bus, etc.. BUT IT IS SO GOOD. I picked a classic, an easy fiction (PS I Love You… the movie kills me - is the book similarly tear inducing or is that just Gerard Butler?), and some pointed career reading (Crazy U).

Taking this moment to acknowledge that I miss higher education a ridiculous amount and am ready to go back.

Finding someone you love and who loves you back is a wonderful, wonderful feeling. But finding a true soul mate is an even better feeling. A soul mate is someone who understands you like no other, loves you like no other, will be there for you forever, no matter what. They say that nothing lasts forever, but I am a firm believer in the fact that for some, love lives on even after we’re gone.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
