I can tell you first hand that it is NOT how many times you fall that counts. It’s how many times you pull yourself up after the fall that really matters.

Did you know that when you fall it can be a great blessing in disguise? Hard to see in the middle of it, but it can!
Falling can be a great teacher, if you let it! It gives you a whole new perspective.

The thing is most people fall and get right back up, only to fall again and again, making the same mistakes, never learning.

LIFE TIPPING ADVICE: When you fall do 4 things:
1-STOP- Take some time for yourself. Give yourself credit. Love yourself. Forgive yourself.
2-LEARN- What caused the fall? Where is your thinking causing you to fall? What new thoughts or beliefs should you implement? How can you change the situation so it doesn’t happen again?
3-RISE UP- Get back up with your new skill sets and mindsets. Move forward implementing what you learned.
4-BE KIND- to yourself and those around you. Remember it’s about rising after every fall. And EVERYONE falls.

Winners are the ones who rise and rise up after each and every fall.

YOU ARE A WINNER! And have what it takes! I believe in you!!

Replace “I don’t know” with “I’ll know what to do soon enough.” The answer you’ve been looking for is coming. Trust that it is!

When you come from a space of allowing, the answers will come. But when you say things like I don’t know, you’re cutting yourself off. It’s small shifts in the things you say that have large impacts on your life.

Life Tipping Advice: notice what questions have you been asking lately. What statements have you been saying when something happens? How can you reword those to empowering questions or statements?

Have an amazing week!
Don’t forget, it’s your life! SO MAKE IT EPIC!

In my experience rejection has always protected me for something greater.

If I didn’t get rejected by my former girlfriend I probably wouldn’t have ever met my amazing & beautiful wife.

If I didn’t get rejected by the kids I thought were “cool” in high school I probably would have ended up just like them. Miserable and drunk every weekend with no goals in life.

If I didn’t get rejected for a job I applied at I probably would have never had the opportunity to work in the banking industry which lead me to a fantastic internship for college.

Next time you experience rejection don’t take it personal. Know that you are being protected for something greater. Something bigger than you can even imagine. Trust that God is working things in your favor.

Biggest thing to remember when you are experiencing rejection is to return to LOVE. Love for yourself and those you are experiencing rejection from. Love them because they are telling you no so that you can say YES to something bigger and greater.

I think one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves is that we are alone in our struggles. I know for years I bought into that lie. Struggling with addiction, self hatred, zero confidence and feeling so alone.

Then after talking with different people and hearing their stories I realized everybody is going through or has gone through some battle. Everybody has struggled with something. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY is perfect.

Most people put on a front and pretend everything is ok. They smile in public yet cry when alone. They pretend to be so confident yet they’re dying on the inside. They look like they have it all together yet if you really knew you’d see that their world is falling apart.

Why this tip today?
Because I felt inspired that someone needs to hear this. I spent too much time thinking I was alone. I spent too much time thinking I had to fight my battles alone. I want whoever is reading this to know you’re not alone! Reach out to me if you want to talk and are serious about changing your life.

If you want, comment below what you are struggling with.

If you’re someone whose struggled and have overcome, I’d love to hear your story. Please share it! It could help change someones life!

Maybe you know someone who needs to hear this? Tag them in a comment.

Sending you who is reading this much love and positive energy!!

Seriously, I am definitely by no means perfect. I’ve got my flaws, failures and I make plenty of mistakes.

But it’s not about being perfect. It’s about working everyday to improve the person that you are. And truthfully, some days you might feel like you’ve gone backwards instead of forward. That’s ok. Just keep striving to move forward, and you will. And when you look back, eventually you’ll see just how far you’ve come.

See I think so many people, at least from my perspective, think that when they start this journey of self improvement that it will all happen overnight and then they’ll move to some island, sip margaritas and never have to do anything again because they’ll be perfect. Well that’s definitely not the case. Self development, improvement, takes time. It’s a lifelong process.

So no matter where you are on your journey, give yourself some credit. And always keep pressing forward. No matter what. And don’t forget to enjoy the journey.

It’s your life, MAKE IT EPIC!
