I went to Poland to get rid of my kid. May sound crazy, but I kind of did, because I went there to leave her with my parents for a few hours per day. If there are mothers living far away from their families they know what I mean. Tomasz left for Milan, I packed my car and my kid and drove to another city, where my parents were on holiday, to make their and my dream come true. They could enjoy a quality time running after their granddaughter and I could do whatever I wanted to do. The beauty of Sopot (city of polish seaside) is, that I know some amazing people who like to breakfast just like I do. So we met for a breakfast in one of cafes and I asked if they would like to do the same thing tomorrow, but this time with our own food on a beach. They did like the idea. And the beauty was, that within 5 minutes we had a whole menu. It took additional 5 minutes and we had a small tourist stove so we could make a bit of cooking on a beach. How cool is this!

This time the credit for recipes goes to girls from Burczy mi w brzuchu, these are simple yet delicious ideas. Good for a picnic, when you have a stove, or breakfast at home.

But, as always, it’s not only about food. It’s the whole experience. I go to Sopot at least once per year, but I never had breakfast on a beach. I know how much I missed till now. You must know that we went on a city beach, which means no “just for us” spot. It was morning, not that early, on weekend. There were some people walking around, but we totally didn’t mind. We were talking, having fun, experimenting and shooting like crazy. There was even a small Julo with us (1 year old boy), who could not be more helpful. I can imagine the whole scenario with Mia - her taking over each plate and fruit and using the blanket as her personal cover. We spent few hours on a beach and it was all about having a breakfast and enjoying it. I hope to do it again in the same company very very soon.

There’s more. The whole trip made me love my kid even more. All because I had a chance to miss her. I spend so much time with her, playing, discovering, sometimes trying not to swear at loud in public (yep, it happens), that I take everything for granted. More, I can’t wait for an evening, when Tomasz takes her over and I can sit and do what I’ve planed on. I sometimes forget how awesome and unique this little creature is. Missing her is a very good reminder.

You will need for waffles:

  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 130 g all purpose flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds, grated
  • ½ tsp pepper

We’ve been talking about it already, so you know how to make a dough for waffles. Mix each ingredient in a bowl and then fry it as your waffle machine tells you to do it.

You will need for caramelised chanterelles:

  • 150 g clean chanterelle
  • 1 small onion, shredded
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 spring of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Melt butter on a pan over a medium head. Add onion and fry if for few minutes. Add chanterelles cut in pieces and rosemary and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add honey and caramelise for a couple of minutes. Add wine and cook for few more minutes, so it evaporates. Serve it on waffles with an egg.

You will need for porridge:

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 300-350 ml milk
  • pinch of salt
  • honey
  • favourite fruits

Place oats and milk in a pot. Add salt and heat over a small heat for about 5 minutes, so it gets thick. You can always add more milk if you prefer it more watery. Serve it with fruits and honey.

Enjoy, Marta

What's ur biggest sexual & non sexual fantasy

my biggest sexual fantasy is kinda boring its just a super romantic day followed by a very passionate love making come night time.

Non sexual would probably just be a lot of out door activities and hiking and sight seeing somewhere with mountains preferably and a picnic is always a plus :)
