SUMMARY:After a run in with one of Johnny’s fellow frat brothers, you had thought he had just been after one thing. But when, not only Johnny himself, but with the help of your friends, they helped you realize that you had made some very misguided judgments. //“What tastes better than it smells?”
GENRE/WARNINGS:Fraternity/College!AU // It’s honestly mostly fluff with smut thrown in at the end. This is part of a collab with @versigny and a bunch of other writers. You can read the prologue here.
Aries: The important person in the authority. You are important, but ruthless. People fear you, but want to do everything they can just to make you proud, and accept them. You are very successful in your career.
Taurus: The outcast. You don’t want to do what you do, and you always have different opinions than everyone else. You wander a lot, and have too many dreams to achieve but don’t know how to get them. In the end, you are one of the most important people in the story.
Gemini: The witty one. You are the optimistic, and funny person. You light up every room you enter, and everyone always loves you. But when you start getting problems, you start to collapse. But you always find your way back to happiness.
Cancer: The kind one. You are one of the nicest people in the story, and you have always been helpful. You are the one to always help out the poor, and you want to make a difference in the world. And you do.
Leo: The rich and powerful. You are among the elites, and the richest in the story. You are very powerful, and can get anyone to do whatever you want them to. You have great manipulation powers, but once you go down, you shatter.
Virgo: The helpful, but left out. You are very helpful, and you want to make everyone feel good. But unfortunately, no matter how nice you are, people very seldom notice you. You are left out of many things, but in the end you get to make your voice heard.
Libra: The fashionable, but underestimated one. You always look your best, and are always ready to go to some elegant event. But because of how much you love fashion, people somehow assume you are shallow, and useless. But you prove them wrong by fighting in a war, whilst looking fabulous.
Scorpio: The dark, and aloof one. You have always been mistaken as someone who is constantly angry and hollow, but in reality you have so many emotions, that you just don’t want to show it to anyone. You somehow find something or someone that breaks down your walls, and then people see the real you.
Sagittarius: The life of the party. You are always up for an adventure, and whenever someone suggests going on one, you are the first one to accept it. You have always been happy, and in a party mood but something happens to you in the middle of the story that changes you completely.
Capricorn: The warrior. You are the one to always go to battle with no hesitation, and always win. You are professional, but you have a party side to you that no one knows about.
Aquarius: The strong optimist. You are optimistic, and you never give up. You are a person of light, and sometimes people think that means weakness. But your optimism makes you stronger, and you become among the heroes in the story.
Pisces: The dreamer, and creator. You are always in your head, dreaming. Nobody knows of what, but you always seem to be dazed. People think that you are stupid, but you prove them wrong by generating so many great ideas in your head, that you make the plans and save everyone.
The drunk reveal no one asked for and the cracker shenanigans
Okay, so look at this. It is 8000+ words. Fucking hell. All the thanks to @lunian who is the mastermind behind this gem. Let’s roll. Also, it isn’t proof read cause seriously guys, who has time to proofread 21 pages of crack. Sorry for any gramamr mistake
Marinette looked around the living room, from the music system to the table covered with bowl and bags off what could easily be all the snacks found on the French market. Marinette wasn’t especially in the mood to party, she would have rather stayed at home and finish some designs, especially after the fact that there was an akuma that morning that managed to ruin her sleeping late plans. But Alya insisted, saying there wil be amiliar faces too. And Marinette totally didn’t come because Alya promised Nino is brinign her a certain blond someone who just arrived back to Paris from one year exchange in Milano. Totally not. She was perfectly content with having a friendly conversation with Adrien after only seeing him through Skype for a year. Until he walked in the room. And Marinette finally understood just how low quality the skype camera was.

Kira slammed her locker door, raising an eyebrow at you. “You’re not coming to the party?”
You shook your head, your arms tightening around the books you were holding. “Nah. I’m not in the party mood.”
“This wouldn’t have anything to do with the fact that Stiles isn’t going either, would it?” Lydia asked from beside you, a knowing look on her pretty face.
You scoffed, rolling your eyes. “No. What Stiles Stilinski chooses to do does not dictate my every decision.”
She’s drunk and she’s stolen Kara’s phone, because it’s finals week and all bets are off and that cute girl from biology class?
She’s 1000% sure that her name is Maggie – Maggie Sawyer – not that she paid attention.
No. Of course she didn’t.
And she’s 1000% sure that said Maggie Sawyer is the same Maggie that her little sister has befriended.
therefore, that cute girl’s number – and when she says cute, she means
it, but god, she also means blazingly sexy – must be in Kara’s phone.
she swipes the phone from her sister’s bag while Kara laughs with James
and Winn. Swipes it and chugs another gulp of illegal punch and she
finds Maggie’s name – complete with a picture, god, a gorgeous picture,
because damn, those dimples, that hair, those downcast eyes – in
Finds the name, and tries once, twice, three times, to successfully hit the big green button that makes the phone dial.
She giggles and almost bounces on the balls of her feet as the phone rings, rings, rings.
freezes at the sound of her voice – her voice that she’s used to
hearing only asking the best questions, only giving the best answers, in
bio lecture, in bio lab – and she contemplates hanging up and leaving
it to her sister to explain the butt dial.
now Maggie sounds concerned, because she must hear the party in the
background, and Alex has seen her smile, seen her nerdiness, but she’s
also seen her motorcycle, her leather jacket, her gym bag. And she
doesn’t want her to be concerned, to feel like she has to speed to the
party to rescue Kara from whatever situation she might be in.
No, nope, not Kara. I mean, of course you thought it was Kara, I took
her phone, I mean, obviously you thought it was her – ”
“Not the blonde one!”
There’s a pause and she thinks she hears Maggie shuffling something.
“Danvers, you drunk? Are you with people, drinking water?”
“Awww, Sawyer, you care about me!”
“Well I sure don’t want you passing out in your own vomit, Danvers. I’ve been there, it’s not pleasant.”
voice is pleasant, though, and Alex collapses drunkenly onto a
half-occupied couch, completely oblivious to the couple that had been
making out, who shoot her irritated looks as they get up to find a better spot to kiss.
thinks she hears that shuffling again, and maybe some wind, but she’s
drunk and everything is oh so slightly hazy, but pleasantly so –
pleasant, because Maggie Sawyer is on the phone with her, Maggie Sawyer
cares whether she throws up or not. Maggie Sawyer. God. How can anyone
be that perfect?
“I’m finnneee. I just… it’s
just, I know you’re Kara’s friend, but we’ve never really talked, and
I… even if you weren’t Kara’s friend, I’d have noticed you, you know. I
mean, how could I not notice you? Do you know we’re in the same bio
class? You’re always so smartest. The smartest girl in the class. The
smartest and the cutest. And my sister’s friend! What are the odds, huh?
Maybe we can calculate it with genome mapping or something. But we’re
more than our code, right, we have to be. You believe that, right,
“Hey, Danvers, I’m not cutting you off, but can you do me a favor?”
preens. Her last name sounds so nice on Maggie’s tongue. She wonders
what else would feel nice on Maggie’s tongue. Everything, probably.
She nods before she realizes vaguely that Maggie can’t see her.
“Remind me which house is throwing the party you all are at.”
squints as she tries to remember. “The one across from the science
building. Where we take bio. Together. But now term is ending and maybe
we won’t do anything together again. Not even that we did anything in
bio together, because I was too nervous to – ”
“Danvers, whoa whoa. Can you do me another favor, sweetie?”
heart backflips and she almost careens off the couch, because she
called her sweetie, she called her sweetie, she called her sweetie.
sound of wind on the other line increases in her ear, but maybe that’s
just a side effect from how hard she’s pressing the phone to her ear,
like the closer she clutches it, the closer she’ll be to Maggie.
She thinks her voice might be higher, might be breathier, than it
normally is, but that’s alright, because Maggie Sawyer called her
“I know you have things you feel like you
want to tell me right now, and I want to hear them, but only if you
still want to tell me when you’re sober, okay?”
blinks and furrows her brow at the phone, because – maybe she’s more
drunk than she thought – Maggie’s voice seems to be coming from two
places, now. One, through the phone, and one, less static-y, closer to
She looks up from the couch and she
startles, because Maggie is standing over her, crouching down next to
her as she hangs up her phone, all basketball shorts and hoodie and flip
flops and hair hastily tied back into a messy ponytail.
grinning softly, but she’s breathing kind of heavily, like she’d just
sprinted from her dorm room. Because, Alex realizes dimly, that’s
exactly what she just did.
“Hey Alex,” she says as
Alex splutters, as Alex fumbles to sit up straight, to fix her hair, to
hang up Kara’s phone without dropping it.
she may be imagining it, but Maggie’s voice is softer, now, more
breakable, now, more vulnerable, now, than it had been when they’d been
on the phone. When Maggie had been on a
now that she’s arrived, water bottle she must have grabbed on the way
out of her dorm in hand, her voice is shy, and her eyes are shy, and her
eyes are something that look a little scared.
“Hi Maggie,” Alex whispers, and then giggles because she’s not sure why she’s whispering.
Maggie grins, and it’s the sweetest sight Alex has ever seen. She made Maggie Sawyer smile.
“Why did you come all the way here? You didn’t have to come all the way here, I – ”
clearly your sister doesn’t know what you’re up to or how drunk you
are, because if she did I would have heard her in the background telling
you to think before you dial and all that stuff.”
Alex covers her face with hands made clumsy by alcohol.
“Ugh, I’m sorry, you’re right, I shouldn’t have – I ruined your night, I embarrassed myself, I’m sorry, Maggie, I – ”
hey, no, that’s not what I meant.” Maggie gets up from her crouch to
sit on the couch next to Alex, and she opens the water bottle for her
and presses it gently into her hands.
“I’m not that drunk.”
Maggie just nods, and Alex does as she’s told.
She finishes the entire bottle in one chug, and Maggie just watches her with cautious but glistening eyes.
“Okay, come on. Kara!” she calls across the room, and Kara seems to materialize next to them instantly.
“Maggie! I thought you weren’t in the mood to party toni – Alex? Are you okay? What – ”
“Here. Your phone.”
“How did you – ”
you in the morning. Right now, I’m gonna take your sister back to my
room – no funny business, I promise – and help her sober up a little.
Kara glances between Maggie’s disheveled appearance and Alex’s drunken one, and she kisses Alex’s cheek.
give her a hard time, okay, Alex?” she teases, and Alex giggles as she
stands unsteadily, both Kara and Maggie stabilizing her.
“When do I give anyone a hard time?”
just kisses her again, just thanks Maggie, doesn’t object to their
arrangement, because she trusts Maggie not to take advantage of her
sister, and she knows that her sister would like nothing more than to
get to know Maggie better. She just wishes she’d have had the courage to
reach out sober. But they’ll work on that. The three of them.
Alex leans on Maggie, who’s wrapped her arm around Alex’s waist, and revels in the contact.
they walk, she rambles about the chemical structure of alcohol. About
its impacts on the brain. Maggie listens and Maggie smiles and Maggie
nods in all the right places, and Maggie lets her talk, lets her talk,
because she’s focused on making sure she doesn’t let the taller girl
stumble and fall.
When Maggie shoves her dorm door open, Alex freezes.
know I’ve wanted this since like, the first time I saw you. For you to
take me back to your room. To…” Her eyes flit down to Maggie’s lips.
“To kiss you.”
Maggie gulps and slips away from her, taking care to keep her hands on Alex’s arms to help her stabilize.
“You’re this drunk? You for sure need to pee. Bathroom’s right there. Can you make it on your own?”
nods with tears in her eyes, and Maggie hates herself a little bit, but
she’d hate herself a lot more if she let this conversation continue.
The bathroom door shuts and the water flushes and the sink runs for a long, long, long moment.
When Alex stumbles out, it’s with confusion and the shadows of hurt in her eyes.
I do something wrong? I don’t have to stay here, you didn’t have to – I
just thought – you ran to… to rescue me, and you gave me water, and
you took me home, and I thought that meant you like me as much as I like
you, and I –
"Alex. Alex, Alex, look…
We can talk about all this when you’re sober. If you still want to talk
about it. I promise. But right now? Right now, we can talk biology. Or
astrophysics, or about the dessication and revival of tardigrades,
whatever you want. Just not us. Not now. And certainly no kissing.
Alex slumps down onto Maggie’s bed without asking, and Maggie just grins and kneels to help take Alex’s boots off.
“Because you’re drunk, Danvers,” Maggie giggles like it’s the most obvious thing in the world.
never mattered to any guy,” Alex almost whispers, and Maggie stiffens,
and her nostrils flare, and her eyes are more serious, more full of
rage, than Alex has ever seen them.
“Well, it matters to me. Okay? Come on.”
helps Alex swing her legs up onto the bed, holds her up to take in one
more glass of water, hastily poured, and she kicks off her flip flops
and grabs a pillow from the other side of her bed.
“You’re not gonna come to bed?”
“The floor’s perfectly fine for me, Danvers.”
“But – ”
“When you’re sober. If you still want to. I promise, Alex. Okay?”
“Yeah, Danvers. Yeah. I promise.”
Alex is asleep, a small smile on her face, before Maggie even finishes
her promise. Her promise to her best friend’s big sister, who she’s been
trying to gather the courage to ask out for months now.
She snuggles down onto the floor and – eventually – falls asleep with a smile on her own face, too.

“We were facing each other and I saw the fear

was wearing only his pink boxers. Such a pathetic picture. I sent a bullet
towards the vase behind him and he peed in his pants”, Tony finished one of the
many stories he liked to tell on his parties. Everyone laughed although they
had heard it before. But when a billionaire is telling a joke you have to laugh
if you want to be invited on the next party, especially if all the Avengers are
Next to Mr. Stark was Sam Wilson, known as The
Falcon who was telling different stories too trying to look stronger and cooler
than Stark. The both of them were basically competing but their audience didn’t
mind at all.
In the other corner Bruce, Thor and Steve could
be seen. They were surrounded by people too but not so many. Thor was kind of
drunk and he was throwing his hammer in the air showing off that he was the
only one able to move it. Steve was laughing and drinking although the alcohol
could not affect him. As for Bruce, he was moving from group to group trying to
find his place. There were times when he wasn’t in the mood for parties and
alcohol and sometimes stripers as drunken Stark used to call sometimes. This
night was the same and the doctor soon went to his room where he would be able
Natasha, Wanda and (Y/N) were on the dance
floor moving their bodies in unison as the rhythm. Nat was holding her probably
fourth glass of whiskey. Clint, Vision, Peter and Scott Lang were sitting at
the bar talking and sometimes throwing glances at the people dancing. The music
was loud so the avengers had to shout a little in order to be heard properly
but most of the time they had to repeat what they had said. Everyone was
enjoying themselves except Peter. He wasn’t allowed to drink so he was just
sitting there searching for a particular girl. He had found her minutes ago but
didn’t want her to see him starring but he couldn’t help it. He’d been looking
at her movements as a hawk. He didn’t miss to spot how at the beginning she was
dancing like a tree but soon the nervousness left her and she was moving
without caring. Peter smiled as he saw the girl experiencing something an
ordinary teenager was used to every weekend.
(Y/N) did her best to try to enjoy that night.
She was talking with everybody, drunk a little from Nat’s glass, even danced
but deep inside she knew that all of this wasn’t her. She wasn’t raised that
way. No music, no fun, no dance. Only fights, fights, and fights. The alcohol
she swallowed helped her to loosen up and let the beat take control of her
body. She was moving as the good songs kept playing but she knew she was doing
it in order to have fun which wasn’t happening if we have to be honest. The
girl made an excuse to her partners in the dance floor and walked through the
dancing and sweaty people who were drunk as hell. Some of them were rubbing
each other bodies, others were ready to swallow each other given the fact how
they were kissing, and others were already heading toward the bathrooms. (Y/N)
was surprised how many people had attended the party. She thought that it would
be just her and the new friends she made a couple weeks ago but no. Stark had
decided to throw a huge party and the girl was sure he didn’t know at least 10%
of his guests. When (Y/N) got out of the loud room and entered the quiet
balcony the fresh spring air hit her are skin. The wind sent shivers down her
spine, her body tensing at the coldness she felt due to being sweaty. The girl
bypassed the swimming pool and went near the glass parapet. The building was
indeed high, the whole city could be seen from there. She inhaled deeply
letting the cold air freshen her body from inside. (Y/N) was enjoying the view
while listening to the music which outside was actually pleasant. But little
she knew that her actions of leaving the party were spotted from a certain boy
that hadn’t let his eyes fall from her.
When Peter saw (Y/N) leaving, he stood up
following her outside away from the loud party. The making a path through the
crowd slowed him down but once he was on the balcony, he saw the girl he liked
alone looking at lightened city below them. He slowly approached her thinking
of an interesting opening gambit. But with each step he took his mind refused
to work and nervous filled his body again. He cursed himself that he let this
happen every time she was near him. Taking a deep breath the boy stood next to
her and tried to spoke but was late.
“Why are you here, Peter?”, the girl asked
looking at him. At first the boy thought the girl asked that so he would
understand he wasn’t welcomed but as he saw her soft (y/e/c) he calmed down.
She was just being curious.
“I saw you leaving.”, he answered without
thinking. His tongue was moving without his brain working properly.
“And you came because…?”, her eyes weren’t
leaving his which caused the boy to fall under their spell. The distance
between their faces was slowly reducing.
“Because I wanted to see if you are okay.”, the
girl smiled and turned her head towards the beautiful city. This activity broke
the ‘spell’ Peter had fallen into but he continued to stare at her, “You are
feeling as though you are not fitting in this atmosphere, right?”
“How do you know?”
“I am feeling the same way at school parties.
They are not the way I’d like to spent my free time and have fun.”, at that
time the boy was looking the city, while (Y/N) was observing his face.
“And what is the way you like to have fun?”
“Well, I like to…”, he suddenly stopped and
looked at the girl. A smirk craved on his face which made the girl confused.
“I can show you.”
“Show me what?”
“How I like to spent Saturday night and have
fun my way. Are you in?”, the smirk on Peter’s face was now bigger as he hoped
the girl would accept his offer. Suddenly a bright smile appeared on her face.
“I would love to, Peter Parker.”
“Then, shall we?”, as a gentleman he offered
his hand and girl took it happily. They both exited the tower without being
spotted by anyone.
“So where are we going?”, (Y/N) dared to ask
after 10 minutes of walking in silence.
“Shouldn’t it be a surprise?”, the boy looked
at her with a mischievous smile on his face.
“It is supposed to be but I am not into
surprised at all.”
“Well, tonight you’ll be.”
“I’d gladly be a idiot If I am the reason you
smile.”, and it was true. (Y/N) hadn’t stopped smiling since they left the
tower. This statement made her blush which surprised Peter. His smile became
bigger as he saw the soft side of the girl which she was usually hiding behind
the mask of a dangerous serial killer, “Come on, we are almost there.”, Peter
grabbed (Y/N)’s hand and they both rushed towards a small café on the other
side of the street. It’s name was shinning in dark blue which made the café
easy to be seen. When they entered inside the girl was amazed by the atmosphere
and way it was decorated. Simple and cozy vintage design invited the new guests
inside. There was a girl listening to music behind the bar and two girls
chatting at one of the corners. (Y/N) thought they would sit somewhere so she
started looking for a cozy and lonely place.
“Oh, I wasn’t thinking of staying here but if
you want- ”
“Oh, no, no. You are the one leading the
parade. You promised me fun so I hope you would give me one.”, the girl joked
and he boy calmed down, “I don’t want to ruin anything but isn’t it late for
“Yes, it is.”
“Then why are we here?”
“Because only in this café you can find the best
and most delicious muffins. Believe me, you have never eaten such mouth-melting
dessert.”, the boy gave a simple answer and turned around to make an order. A
minute later, the boy and the girl were outside the café roaming through the
streets of New Your city and eating.
“Oh my gosh, Peter! These are just magnificent.
I’ve never tasted anything like that.”
“I told you so.”, the girl was about to take
another bite from the muffin when Peter pushed her hand up so her nose would be
in covered in chocolate.
“How dare you Parker?!”, the girl gave him a
dead glare, “You will pay for this.”
“I can’t take you seriously with so much
chocolate on your face. You look sweat rather than scary.”, the boy couldn’t
stop laughing and the girl used this opportunity to push her half muffin in
“That’s part of the revenge you will get.”
“Oh, you are gonna regret this Ms. (Y/L/N)!”,
and with that (Y/N) began running while Peter was chasing her. There was a park
near them and the girl entered it. Although she was on high heels which weren’t
that high, the girl was still faster than the boy. But let’s face it, he was
doing it on purpose.
“I can’t do it anymore.”, Peter announced and
sat on a bench, “You are fast and I don’t want to sweat in this amazing suit. I
prefer to look hot than to revenge you for some chocolate.”, the girl was
suspicious at first but when he didn’t stand up from the bench, she sat next to
“Then I’m sorry to say that you don’t look that
hot as you think.”
“I remember you telling something else when we
were in your room hour ago.”, he looked at her.
“Well, my eyesight isn’t good sometimes.”
“Mhm, whatever you say…”, his tone was
“Are you calling me a liar, Mr. Parker?”, now
they were inches away from each other, still looking at each other eyes, while
their bodies desired for something else.
“I ain’t calling you a truther.”
That was it. They both were on the edge of
doing what they wanted to do since weeks. They stood there looking at each
other in silence. The tension was felt in the air but it wasn’t a sexual
tension how Nat would say. No, it was a tension between two young teenagers
that had slowly fallen in love. They wanted to connect, to feel what the other
felt, to see the nightmares the other had, to explore their souls. But sadly
they both were scared. (Y/N) had never had such feeling burning inside her. We
all know her story to know that love was something she never felt except in her
early years. The Avengers gave her the love of a family but the love she felt
now was never a shade in the painting of her life. It was new, it was great and
yet it was scary.
Peter was a shy nerdy boy and a sarcastic
superhero. When he was with the witch he somehow managed to merge his both
sides in one. The confident side in him was ready to do the next step but the
mask was gone, he was Peter Parker, the nerd school boy who had problems with
talking to girls.
The lovebirds were standing dare not daring to
move. They didn’t want to ruin this moment thinking it was the chance they got
but they both were scared to take it.
“There is something in you Peter. Something
that makes me wanna kiss you and punch you in the face at the same time.”
“You know how to ruin the romantic moment.”,
they both laughed getting out of the unison.
“But that’s true. There are moments when you
are a pain in the ass.”, their eyes were sparkling with true happiness, “But
what scares me is that I want you to be my pain in the ass.”, the boy froze for
a moment at those words. He looked at her still shocked. Peter didn’t say a
thing which caused the girl to look at her fingers which showed she was
“I- I shouldn’t have-”, but she wasn’t given
the chance to finish her sentence. Peter had cupped her face in his hands, his
lips connecting with hers in a slow and soft kiss. (Y/N) was surprised both
from the sudden action and the sensation in her guts. She instantly closed her
eyes letting her soul to see what no eyes could behold. It wasn’t just flesh
touching, it was souls meeting and connecting. She got the feeling of being
high in the sky, flying freely and carelessly. She felt the love in so many
different ways that there are no words able to describe it.
“Chocolatey.” , the girl finished Peter’s
sentence which caused both of them to laugh.
That night they stayed there on the bench in
the empty park, enjoying each other company, laughing at their jokes, telling
different stories from the past and made plans for the future. That night they
felt real, they felt alive and breathing. That night love made its magic – it
connected two souls that had been searching each other for years, it gave them
true happiness, an unforgettable love. That night love gave them a surreal
picture of life which blurred their sights and weakened them for what was about
Sad Zach, make out sesh, (mentions of sex ?), also English is still not my native language.
Word count: 2283.
I posted my first imagine a few days ago (about my love, Montgomery, you can read it here) and you guys were just so nice, I
received so many kind comments. I know I said it would be my first and last
imagine, but I decided to continue writing. I hope you all like this one too xx.
Looking up at the clock, Zach sighed.
They had less than fifteen seconds to go, and were ten points behind the other
team. There was no way on earth that they could win this time. He turned his
attention back to the game, watching as Justin ran towards the basket while
dribbling the ball. The crowd cheered as he scored, giving the boys hope to
continue the match. The bleachers were filled with cheering teenagers and some
parents who came to see their sons play. Most of them were from Liberty High,
as they were playing there, but a good third were supporters of the other team.
Liberty High managed to score once more before the horn went off, signalling
the end of the game. But it wasn’t enough.
Zach groaned, crouching down and
letting his head fall into his open hands. Someone tapped his back in a
comforting manner, probably Justin, be he did not look up. Instead, he stayed
there, with his head hanging low, trying to catch his breath after the intense
game. The season has just started and it was the very first match they lost, so
he knew it wasn’t the end of the world. But God, was it frustrating. Zach hated
losing, failing. He hated when his
team would lose a game, he hated when he would fail a test. It did not only
make him feel like a failure, but also a disappointment. A disappointment to
his friends, to his family, to his girlfriend.
Loud laughs and screams from the
other team filled the emptying gymnasium as they celebrated their victory. Zach
could hear a few boys snickering as they passed him, heading to the locker room,
but he decided to ignore it. He wasn’t one to pick fights.
Y/N stood on the bleachers, her
eyes focused on her boyfriend who was still crouching in the middle of the
hall. Her heart ached at how defeated he looked at that moment. She knew that
Zach would beat himself up, he always did even though she had told him times
and times again that it wasn’t his fault; that their team couldn’t win every
single game and that the most important thing was to give their best. All she
wanted to do was to run up to him and hug him, hold him close to her and rub
his back, whispering that they’ll do better next time. But she knew better than
to do just that. Y/N knew that Zach needed time after a defeat, so she decided
to give it to him. She waited as the gymnasium emptied itself, and then left
herself. She decided to wait for her boyfriend and their friends in the parking
lot, near Zach’s car.
Jessica and Justin got there
first, making their way over Y/N holding hands. Y/N smiled at them and embraced
them quickly. She could tell that Justin wasn’t happy with himself either. His
eyebrows were in a permanent frown and his lips in a thin line. He was trying
not to show how crushed he was, but Y/N had known him for over five years and
knew him all too well.
“We’re going to hang out at
Bryce’s with the others, you wanna join?” Jessica asked, intertwining her
fingers with her boyfriend’s. Y/N thought about the offer, it wouldn’t be too
bad, right? Usually they had parties at Bryce’s place after the Tigers won a
game, but a get together with a few friends might actually cheer her boyfriend
up. She was going to accept and say that they’ll be there in a few, until she
saw Zach exiting the high school building.
“Uh, I think we will pass this
time. But you have fun, guys.” She patted Justin’s shoulder and hugged Jess
again before the couple left, heading to Jess’s car. One look at her boyfriend
was enough for her to know that he wasn’t in a partying mood tonight. His eyes
missed their usual spark, his grip on his sports bag was so tight his knuckles
turned white. Zach took his time making his way over to his girlfriend, his
steps long but slow.
“Hey there.” Y/N said softly,
putting her arms around his neck and embracing him tightly once he was standing
right in front of her. Zach’s head landed on her shoulder and she could feel
him let out a long sigh. Her brows furrowed and she bit her bottom lip in
concern, pulling away from him as he didn’t hug her back and looked straight
into his chocolate brown eyes, waiting for an answer.
“What are you still doing here?”
He mumbled, making eye contact for the first time since the end of the game. He
didn’t mean to sound rude, though, and she knew it. He was sad and probably a
bit ashamed. The boys had spent so much time practicing for this match, as they
knew that the team they were playing against was really good. But it was all
for nothing, or at least that’s what he thought.
“Waiting for you.” Y/N said,
taking his sports bag from him and putting it in his car’s trunk, ignoring his
“I want to be alone, Y/N.” Zach
pinched the bridge of his nose as he watched his girlfriend. She turned around
to face him, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
“No, you don’t.” She took a step
toward him, putting her hands on his chest. “You always say you do, but you
don’t.” It was true, he knew it. He’d always push her away when he felt like
this, but he’d run back to her only a couple of hours later because she was the
only one who could make him feel better. A small smile appeared on his face,
which made Y/N let out a sigh of relief before she continued. “So, how about we
go to Rosie’s, then head back to my place?” She questioned, her eyes sprinkling
with hope. Y/N’s enthusiastic expression made Zach’s heart melt. He chuckled as
she got on her tiptoes to press her lips to his for a quick but sweet kiss and
she knew that he couldn’t resist her now.
“Fine.” Zach put his hands on
her hips as she pulled away and leaned in for another kiss, making her giggle.
It was crazy how much calmer he was already. Minutes ago he was planning to go
home, give the punching ball that he had installed in the basement a few hits,
and go to bed – ready to forget about this awful evening. But now all he wanted
was to cuddle his girlfriend the whole night while eating some take out from
Pushing her hair behind her
ears, Y/N made her way to the passenger seat, immediately plugging her phone to
the radio and blasting her favourite song of the moment. Zach shook his head in
amusement, a smirk playing on his lips at the sight of his girl singing along
to the music. He started the engine and drove off, soon joining her as they
both sang at the top of their lungs. As the couple approached the little
restaurant, Y/N was a giggling mess. She looked at her boyfriend as he tried to
rap along an Eminem song. He was doing great at first, but then the pace
accelerated and she couldn’t hold her laugh in anymore. Y/N unplugged the
device from the radio as Zach parked the car, her Y/E/C still looking at him
She couldn’t believe that she actually had him.
After all these years of crushing on him, he was finally hers. Zach Dempsey was
one of the kindest guys at Liberty High, with no doubt. He was everything she
has ever wanted, and more. Smart, charming, funny, and extremely good looking. He made her feel things she had never felt
before. She felt safe, loved and cherished. She felt like the luckiest girl on
the entire planet with him. Y/N didn’t understand what Zach was doing with a
simple girl like her, but she wasn’t going to complain, right?
“Let’s go.” Zach’s soft voice
brought her back to reality. He winked at her and gave her his famous smile,
making her blush before getting out of the car and opening the passenger door
for her. Y/N bit the inside of her cheek in an attempt to stop herself from
laughing, but cracked a big smile at him nonetheless.
Taking her fragile hand in his
significantly larger one, the brown-haired boy led his girlfriend to the little
restaurant. They sat in their usual booth at the back as they waited for their
“We really sucked, huh?” Zach whispered,
his mood suddenly changing from joyful to defeated once again. This wasn’t a
surprise to Y/N though, she knew that cheering him up wasn’t going to be an
easy task. She sighed, placing her hands on his across the table. She gave them
a quick squeeze and a sent a reassuring smile in his direction.
“You didn’t. You were all great.
You, Justin, all of you!” She was hoping to get a reaction out of him, a smile,
a hum, a simple nod would have sufficed – but she got none of that. Instead,
Zach was just staring at their hands as Y/N started drawing circles on them
with her thumbs in a soothing manner. “Babe, look at me.” She demanded and he
“We fucked up, that’s all.” He
mumbled stubbornly, making Y/N scoff, which caused him to quirk an eyebrow at
“You lost the game, yes. But it’s not a
big deal. You were good, but the other team was good too. You’ll do better next
time. Stop beating yourself up. You’re always going to be my champion.” Zach
nodded at her words, smiling as the word champion
left her mouth. She would always call him that, whether they won or not. “Now
let’s go home.” She said as the waiter brought two plastic bags filled with
food to their table. Zach paid for the order before Y/N could even take her
wallet out of her pocket, making her groan and him chuckle. They made their way
out hand in hand, quickly getting into Zach’s car and driving to Y/N’s house.
Y/N’s parents adored her
boyfriend, so they did not mind him spending time at their house. Her mother
was so fond of the young boy, always telling her daughter that she should hold him.
It took a bit more for her father to appreciate him, but after three months of
them dating he understood that Zach’s intentions were good.
Making their way upstairs, Zach
and Y/N waved to her parents who were sitting in the living room, watching a
movie. Y/N shook her head at her mother, who was about to say something,
probably ask how the game went. Her mother shoot her a knowing smile while
nodding, then turned back to the TV.
Zach climbed onto Y/N’s bed
after putting the take out on her desk. He watched as his girlfriend made her
way over to him, lying down next to him and cuddling into his side.
“So… Movie?” Y/N asked, her hand
moving up to his chest as his arm made its way around her waist. Zach pressed
his lips to her forehead, making her hum and snuggle closer to him. He cupped
her face with his hand gently, tilting it up so he could kiss her properly.
“Thank you so much for
everything, babe.” He mumbled against her lips before kissing her again, but
this time more forcefully, totally ignoring her question. Y/N internally rolled
her eyes, but did not complain. In fact, she pulled him closer to her by his
neck, deepening the kiss as she slipped her tongue into his mouth, making him
groan. Zach swiftly moved them so he was hovering over her, his arms on either
side of her body. Y/N’s fingers played with the little hairs at the base of his
neck, which she knew was going to drive him crazy. She couldn’t help but giggle
as Zach rolled his hips into hers, again and again.
“What are you laughing at?” He
broke the kiss, looking up at him with eyes filled with lust. Y/N bit her
bottom lip at his appearance. His pupils dilated, his hair messy and his lips
swollen from her kisses. She wanted to do so many things to him, but she knew
she couldn’t. Not with her parents awake downstairs.
“You know we can’t do that.” She
said softly, her lips brushing against his. Zach groaned, his head falling into
the crook of her neck, leaving a few kisses there. Once again, she was right.
Y/N’s parents might be accepting of their relationship, but he knew they should
not push things too far. The girl kissed his temple, her hands running up and
down his back as they laid there for a few more seconds, just enjoying each
“We should eat, the food is
getting cold.” She pushed him off of her softly and got up to take the bags
from the desk, bringing them to her bed. Zach was still lying there, facing the
celling. “Come on, we can eat, watch a movie and then when they’re asleep,
maybe…” She did not finish the sentence, she did not need to. The boy’s eyes
widened, full of hope and lust once again. He smirked at her, making her roll
her eyes as he moved to sit next to her. He smiled to himself, pecking her lips
one more time. He couldn’t wait to see where the night was going to take them.
The end was terrible, I’m really sorry about that. This whole thing is a flop tbh.
The entire house seems to be
packed from top to bottom. There are people dancing in the living room, people
mixing drinks in the kitchen, and couples connected in lip locks lining the
stairs. The bass from whatever rap song is pouring through the speakers shakes
the house and you’re almost certain that the cops will be there to shut you
down at some point in the near future but you can’t really bring yourself to
Johnny’s hands are on your
hips and his lips occasionally brush butterfly kisses along the exposed skin of
your shoulder as the two of you mingle with a group of friends on the back
porch. Everyone seems to be in a good mood, the party is in full swing, and the
night is just getting started. But every time his fingers brush along the
sliver of exposed skin at your hip, you can’t wait for the party to be over.
You know that he’s trying to
get you back for your teasing earlier in the morning. He’s trying to get you
back for the peeks of lingerie and the promise of a spectacular birthday gift
(only to later find out that it was concert tickets, which he was still excited
about but he’d gotten his hopes up for sex). But you also know that neither of
you are the most patient of people. The teasing can only last so much longer
before one, or both, of you snap.
