Paris Life

Things I would like to see if the revival gets a season 2

- The wedding. The ACTUAL wedding;

- Lorelai and Rory spending the holidays at Nantucket with Emily. Maybe bringing Luke and Jess along;

- Rory and Jess falling in love with each other again. ON SCREEN;

- Jess helping her when she’s pregnant and the two of them raising the baby together;

- Rory writing her book and getting it published at Jess’ publishing house;

- Lorelai and Luke being happy and NOT having so many communication issues, bc after all they’ve been together for more than 10 years now and they have learned to tell things to each other like normal functional couples;

- Lorelai and Michel expanding the Dragonfly Inn;

- Jess and Luke’s relationship. Also Luke and April and Jess and April;

- Paris and Doyle getting back together, moving out of that house and raising their children;

- Lane’s relationship with her kids;

- Hep Alien playing in pubs and restaurants in the cities nearby Stars Hollow;

- Lane, Paris and Rory being friends;

- Rory and Jess, Paris and Doyle double date;

- Lorelai and Rory having breakfest together at Luke’s like the old days. Also movie night;

- Lorelai teaching Rory how to be a mother.

ooc; have i ever mentioned how much i love that basically my first interaction with nova’s felix was them arguing abt simmons being in his fuckin house.

bc man do i love it.

New DIY Cityscape Scratch Art by Lago Design

Seoul-based studio Lago Design (previously featured here) created a series of scratch-off projects, which are delivered in the shape of a wooden pencil kit. To create the cityscape image, one must scratch off the gray area of the surface, which results in an illuminating shiny gold sight. The opulent golden aesthetic contrasts beautifully with the dark paper as each nightscape and its urban lights are exposed.

Although, she’s famous for her Seoul, New York City, Paris and London cityscapes, we have included the other urban beauties such as Budapest, Las Vegas, Florence and Hong Kong. You can buy these beautiful, relaxing craft pieces in their Etsy shop

Artist Documents Tender Notes Over Acrylic Illustrations From Her Travels on a Moleskine Notebook

American artist Missy H. Dunaway (previously featured here) documents her travels across the US, Europe, Turkey, and Morocco with extreme romanticism and poetry. Dunaway illustrates on her Moleskine journal a beautiful scenery with acrylic paint from her time in a specific location, then autographs each painting with a sweet excerpt of nostalgia.

She often composes goodbye notes on her journals, as she bids adieu to each city. Each cityscape portrait reveals a tender thought or memory of heartbreak or a desire for wanderlust.

Some of the lovely anecdotes read:

“I met someone.”

“I want everyone I love to see this.”

“I walk home without you”

We highly urge everyone to click on each image to read the stunning passages. You can find these notebooks and more of her original work in her Etsy shop.
