Overthinking

So, what if, instead of thinking about solving your whole life, you just think about adding additional good things. One at a time. Just let your pile of good things grow.

When you’re going through life and facing challenges it can be easy to allow fear to creep in and discourage you from making some of your greatest decisions. Some of these decisions can be life-changing and too often those life-changing choices may appear to be more difficult than they actually are.

Life is all about change and choices. Change is inevitable, whether you choose right or not. Choices have to constantly be made, otherwise you’re not living. And even if you don’t make a decision at all, that in itself is a choice

Over-thinking can lead to unnecessary stress and self-doubt. Decisions are best made with a calm spirit and a clear mind. So calm your spirit, get in tune with your inner-self, tell fear to quiet down and choose with your gut.

Today, let go of your inhibitions, shake off the apprehension and choose with HOPE!

Happy Monday from This Functional Family

It’s 1.30 am and I’m seriously so fucking tired right now. But I can’t fall asleep because my head chose to think and rethink and rethink thousand of things, scrutinize everything that happened in the last week and is trying to solve all my problems, especially the emotional ones. There should be a switch off button that doesn’t turn on until my alarm clock rings the next morning. Overthinking is such an annoying habit. Not only at night because it keeps you awake, but also in daytime because all it does is torturing you.
