Nirvana-Unplugged-In-New-York

Kurt Cobain would have turned 46 on February 20th, and in the case of all of those musicians who have left way too soon, there’s always the haunting question of “What If?” Nirvana’s Unplugged in New York was one of the last live performances by the band before Kurt’s suicide as we all know but it does capture a Kurt Cobain who along with being a sensitive soul, it revealed him to be funny, charming – although strangely still a bit aloof. In any case, the band’s cover of “Where Did You Sleep Last Night,” is to me one of the most memorable parts of the entire Unplugged. So in honor of his birthday, check it out.
