Clean on the nose with medium+ intensity of aromas suggesting of orange zest, lime, peach, wet stones, elderflower, pear, red apple, honeysuckle, and vanilla. Fully developed. Dry on the palate with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium+ flavor intensity displaying orange zest, lime, lychee, wet stones, elderflower, pear, red apple, honeysuckle, and vanilla. This wine balances the well-defined fruit with a lively acidity, and its texture is oily. Medium length with yellow fruit and sweet spices aftertaste. Very good quality wine with balance between the expressive fruit and the lively acidity, high fruit concentration and complexity and medium length. Good to drink now, but could also age another 5-10 years, this is a great match to Asian dishes!
