New Nike Mercurial Vapor CR7 Ballon D'or edition boots released with only 100 pairs available worldwide.

The gold soleplate is to represent the Ballon D'or Cristiano Ronaldo received over Lionel Messi and Franck Ribéry.

No prices have been confirmed but as they’re only 100 pairs worldwide and selected football boot companies have been given these boots you will be very lucky and probably well paid to get these beauty’s.

Hey do you know if Chris got new cleats?? And what type they are?? :) thanks :)

I guess you’re talking about the ones she’s wearing on the latest training video in Cali and if so I can’t say those are new (they came out on March ‘16 and she’s played with them before) but they are the NIKE WOMEN’S MERCURIAL SUPERFLY IV FG SOCCER CLEATS. And I’m sorry but they are already retired :( But one website still has them, not Nike’s though.

As you can see here they have the yellow sock and black soles:

Not to be mistaken with the 2016 NIKE MERCURIAL VAPOR X FG YELLOW ORANGE WHITE she has also worn this year

Here, they have NO yellow socks and orange soles:

So she has 2 ‘sunset cleats’ as I like to call them. Wonder who likes orange - sunset cleats too…. a mystery really.. #HeathHit

Nike Football presents a new collection of black signature boots celebrating the classic look of a more traditional era.

“We know that our players love to stand out on and off the field. That doesn’t always mean bright colors, sometimes reverting to a classic look is just as powerful a statement,” said Phil McCartney, VP of Footwear for Nike Football. The collection includes new black colorways of the Hypervenom, Mercurial Vapor IX, CTR360 Maestri III and the Tiempo Legend IV. All four boots are available now in the US, and will be available globally on July 22.

here are the official images of the new nike mercurial vapor 9. and here is some words from nike:

“We were watching a game, and after Cristiano scored yet another amazing free-kick the commentator posed the question ‘Is Ronaldo from this planet?!'” said Denis Dekovic, Nike Footwear Design Director. “When we got back to the design studio we got to thinking about CR7’s style and how similar it was to the definition of a supernova - a celestial body that radiates energy - and that was it, we had our inspiration."
