I built a balsa wood Starship Enterprise.

My twin sons got a balsa wood airplane last year for their birthday, and as we were building it I thought how cool it looked, and how cool the Enterprise would look built out of the struts and formers and stringers, so I decided to build one.

I drew the plans in Illustrator over some blueprints of the Enterprise and had them laser cut. It took me a couple tries and about 8 months to get it all together, but it came out great.
