1970 – Bob Moog built this Drum Machine for TV Theme / Jingle composer Eric Siday. The machine, the only one of its kind, never made it into production and consisted of prototype modules for drum and percussion synthesis. This unit sits in the Cité de la Musique in Paris France.
I have re-structered my modular synthesizer to fit better with my workflow. The large whole on top is waiting for sequencer, while the blanks in the lower skiff fill be replaced with a wavetable osc. I have now all the parts for a Turing machine, maybe I will get that done tomorrow.
