I absolutely love the fact that while Annabeth is super shocked when Percy knows things, because he almost always looks to her for information, she also knows that Percy is smart and shows him how much she appreciates him when he comes up with information she didn’t.
He had Hazel draw a tattoo on his biceps with a
marker: HOT STUFF, with a skull and crossbones.
“What in the world are you thinking?” She sounded pretty flustered.
“I try not to think,” Leo admitted. “It interferes with being nuts”
“Maybe that’s why he had started to fear suffocation. It wasn’t so much drowning in the earth or sea but the feeling that he was sinking into too many expectations, literally getting in over his head.”

Idk why, but Percy being scared of drowning in Mark of Athena just gave me a lot of feelings…
On the deck of the Argo II, Percy and Jason stood together, their swords crossed. Annabeth got a tingle down her spine as she realized the boys were working together, summoning the sky and the sea to do their bidding.

I’ve been wanting to draw this scene for a while now, so here’s my rendition of it, along with a close-up so you can better see the characters. I think Percy and Jason came out alright (:
So…. I had some amazing feedback for my Nico Di Angelo drawing, and kinda wanted to make a Percy Jackson version too, so here it is —Finished! Now i can go to bed and actually sleeeeep ! :D Hope you guys like it :3
