A/N: Oops I wrote a thing. Go easy on me, I’ve never written Lucifer but the second I got this ask I got flooded with ideas.

“Everybody out!” you shouted as you marched into your father’s, throne room, lair, dungeon – whatever he was calling it these days. The demons surrounding Lucifer jumping and scattering. You loved that affect you had on them.
“Y/N, how very nice to finally meet you.” Lucifer said as you walked up to him as he lounged in your father’s throne.
He was wearing Castiel. Which in all honestly, fit him like a glove. You looked to the side to see your father, Crowley on all fours, trapped in a hell hound’s cage, bound like a dog.
Request from @perseusandmedusa : Can I request a Lucifer x Reader story? You’ve watched the last episode where we saw Lucifer in a cage in Hell with Crowley, right? Let’s imagine Crowley found Lucifer’s soulmate & brings her in the room. The reader being a simple woman, she doesn’t understand what’s going on. Luci feels a connection the second she enters the room but decides to ignore it, so Crowley will kinda torture her to get a reaction from the Devil.
Warnings: Alcohol, mentions of torture, angst, a few swear words, fluff
“Need a drink?” Crowley sat down next to the woman at the bar, sliding a wink at her.
She looks over at him, unsure if he is being serious or not. People don’t typically approach her at bars, but if they do, it usually never turns out well. With her past history of creeps trying to drug her or losers trying to get in her pants, she normally just kept a straight, ‘don’t talk to me’ face while she drank.
“I’m good.” She raises her glass, indicating that she already had.
“What’s your name?” Crowley asked, swirling his chair so he is facing towards her.
She tells him a fake name, while giving off a quite bitchy attitude, hoping that he will leave her alone. Crowley knows she’s lying, making him raise his eyebrows. He knows her name. Actually, he knows a lot about her.
When he had captured Lucifer a few weeks ago, he tried everything he could do to torture him. All the techniques that Lucifer had once used on him, and everything that he had picked up on his own. He was quite skilled in torture, being the king of hell and all. But nothing seemed to break him. He continued to be his normal, regular, horrible self. It was driving Crowley mad knowing that he couldn’t get Lucifer to break. He wanted him to break just as Lucifer had broken him all those years ago.
The only other thing he could think of was something he didn’t think was possible. He had deemed it an impossible mission when he had called his mother, Rowena, and asked for help. He had figured she would say that his plan was a bust, that she couldn’t find anything.
But she did.
That plan of his was to find his soulmate. That’s the only thing in the world that no one can resist. Soulmates are something on another level that even God can’t mess with. Everyone is born with one, even angels- even Lucifer. When Crowley called Rowena, asking if she could possibly find his soulmate, he thought it was a long shot. There was too many possibilities- he or she could have already died, not even been born yet, or might not even be human. They could have been another angel.
But of course, Rowena came through. She always did. Crowley couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Lucifer did have one- a woman named Y/N. And she was very much alive.
He tracked her down, and here he was. Offering to buy her a drink, planning on getting her drunk so he could easily take her back to Lucifer. He needed her to get done what needed done.
“Now now, don’t lie about your name.” Crowley frowned, flagging down the bartender. “Scotch, please. And another one for the lady.” He orders her a drink despite her protests to him buying her one earlier.
“And how is it you know that isn’t my real name?” She was the one raising her eyebrows this time.
“Because, love, I know everything.”
“Uh huh.” Y/N had to stop herself from rolling her eyes. In her eyes, she just thought this was some random old guy trying to hit on her, and not really doing a good job.
“Take the drink?” Crowley passes over one of the glasses that the bartender brought him.
“I told you I was good.” She slides the glass back over to him.
Crowley was growing impatient and frustrated. She was stubborn. No wonder she was Lucifer’s soulmate. He decided to go a different route and just wait her out until she left. Crowley excused himself from the bar and goes outside, waiting patiently until she comes out.
Y/N finishes up her drink, relief flooding through her chest as the man next to her finally left. He gave off a dark vibe, one she couldn’t quite explain. If she believed in the supernatural, she’d describe it as the feeling of death. The feeling that everywhere he goes, darkness follows.
She frowns, thinking she’s overthinking things and being paranoid. She picks up her purse and pays the tab, thanking the bartender for his service. She ignores the wolf whistles coming from the men in the bar as she makes her way out, grabbing her car keys as she opens the door.
She’s about to open the door to her car as she sees the reflection of the man in the car window, making her jump and drop her keys.
“Did I scare you, Y/N?” Crowley smirks. She doesn’t even have the time to process the fact that he knew her name before she finds herself in a totally different place.
She looks around, the man that was once with her in the parking lot now holding on to her wrist as he drags her through the dark corridors. She looks around in fear and starts hyperventilating, her mind running a million miles an hour.
Crowley tightens his grip on her wrist as he drags her towards the room, not caring how much she is resisting. He doesn’t care that she’s scared. The only thing that he cares about is the look on Lucifer’s face when he sees her, and how he will react to knowing he’s got his soulmate as captive.
“Luci, we’ve got company.” Crowley says in a singsong voice, throwing Y/N into the room.
Lucifer looks up from behind the bars, unsure of what Crowley is talking about. He sees him throw the woman into the room; she looks terrified, and immediately Lucifer feels bad for the woman.
He becomes confused as to why he felt badly for the woman he didn’t even know- he doesn’t feel bad for anyone. He doesn’t give a shit about anything except himself. But the helpless, scared look on her face was enough to make to make even his heart melt. He didn’t even know he had a heart until he saw her.
“Aha, gotta love company.” Lucifer smiles his signature smile.
“Who are you? Why am I here?” Y/N’s voice came out quiet and weak. She was standing in the middle of the room, Crowley standing in the doorway to her left and Lucifer behind the bars to her right.
“Oh, sweetie, I apologize for him. He’s always been a bit rude to houseguests.” Lucifer says condescendingly, hoping to get underneath Crowley’s skin. He’s not going to let anyone break him, not even this mysterious woman in front of him.
“I’m Crowley. King of Hell.” Crowley closes the door, stepping into the room and going to sit on his chair. Ah, his signature chair. He loves sitting in that chair, it makes him feel powerful. Especially when he can sit there and see Lucifer caged up right next to him, helpless. “And that over there, well, that’s the Devil.”
Y/N thought she was going to pass out. First, she’d kidnapped from a bar by a strange man, who claims to be the King of Hell? And now she’s locked up in a room with not only him, but someone he is introducing as the Devil? This was too much for her. She starts pacing the room, pinching herself in several spots on her body. This must be a dream.
“The Devil is a bit of a harsh name, if you ask me.” Lucifer pipes up. “But, I second her question, Crowley- what is the poor woman doing here?”
“You didn’t feel it yourself?” Crowley feels himself pause. Lucifer should have felt the instant connection the moment she stepped into the room. Angel can sense their soulmates much more acutely than humans. Crowley clenches his jaw, thinking he might have messed up and grabbed the wrong girl, before he notices the change in Lucifer’s face. It was only a split second, but it was enough for Crowley to know. He felt it.
Lucifer’s face dropped the minute Crowley said that. He had felt it, he knew. He knew why she was here, and he knew why Crowley was acting so smug. That woman standing there, that was his soulmate. He could feel the connection between them, his immediate liking to her.
“Oh, Crowley,” Lucifer laughs. “You really thought a girl could get under my skin? You’re dumber than you look, and that’s saying a lot.”
“Now, Lucifer, you of all people know the power of soulmates. Don’t try and act like this woman isn’t affecting you, dog.”
Y/N was seriously on the edge of passing out. Soulmates? To her, soulmates aren’t even a real thing. It’s just a fairytale, the things that moms always tell their little girls about.
“What am I doing here?” She repeats again. No one responds to her.
“She means nothing to me.” Lucifer insists.
“No?” Crowley asks in an unbelieving tone. He grabs Y/N, pulling her back into his chest and placing his knife across her neck. She starts to choke back tears, terrified that he was going to kill her. She tries to go and speak, but with a snap of Crowley’s fingers, her voice was gone.
“So you wouldn’t mind if I sliced her neck?” He dragged the knife slowly across her neck, not putting enough pressure to cut her, but that could easily be changed.
Lucifer wanted to get out of that cage that moment and turn that knife around, stabbing it into Crowley’s neck instead. Or, if he had his power, just simply snap his fingers and snap his neck. Anything would do at this moment. Seeing her standing there with a knife to her neck, terrified and crying, was not a sight Lucifer wanted to see.
But his pride gets in his way, and he refuses to let Crowley see how this bothers him.
“Do you realize who I am?” Lucifer seethes his teeth from behind the bars. “Nothing and no one can get to me. I’m the one who people run away to their mommies for. I’m the big, bad monster. A measly woman is not going to do shit for me.”
Crowley calls his bluff and presses the blade slightly deeper into Y/N’s neck, making blood start to flow out of the wound. He allows her voice to come back so Lucifer can hear her screams.
“Stop it!” Lucifer screams, not being able to take it any longer. His eyes start to glow red from the anger inside of him. “Stop fucking touching her!”
Crowley smirks, pulling the knife away from her as he allows her to drop to the floor.
“Bingo.” Crowley says. He’s about to say something else before his phone rings, earning a groan in response. “Sam and Dean. Always needing something.” And with a snap of his fingers, he’s gone.
“Y/N, come here.” Lucifer calls out from the cell.
“No, don’t come anywhere near me.” She’s scared, and holding her neck to keep pressure on the wound. It’s not very deep, but it’s enough to make blood drip down onto her shirt.
“I want to make sure you’re okay.” Lucifer sighs. Y/N is hesitant, but crawls over to where he is. He looks at her neck, placing his fingers on it, earning a wince from her.
“Didn’t mean to hurt you.”
“Who are you?” Her voice comes out shaky.
“I thought that was made clear.”
“Lucifer?” He asks. “Yes.”
“But how can you… How?”
“There is a lot you don’t know, Y/N. This world, it’s not what you think.”
“Uh huh…” She wasn’t sure how to respond. This was a lot to take in. “And… soulmates?”
“Everyone has someone.” Is all he responded.
“And you’re my someone?”
“Okay.” She tried to pinch herself again.
Lucifer didn’t know what to do. He has never felt compassion or anything or anyone in his life until this girl. He’s not sure how to act around her. All he knew was that he wanted to help her. She can’t handle this.
“Y/N, I need you to do something for me.”
“I want you to grab that key that’s on the desk right there. Open that door and get out of here. There isn’t any demons standing guard. You can find your way out. When you get out, I need you to do something else for me. I have followers, people who well help you. Pray to Abraham, tell him that I sent you. Tell him to wipe your memory.”
“Just do it!” Lucifer yelled. He felt the overwhelming sense to protect her, to keep her safe. If she knew about any of this, remembered this, she’ll think she’d gone crazy. Any normal human would.
“O-okay.” She stuttered, fear rising inside of her from him yelling. She walked over to the table, grabbing the keys and opening the door.
“How are you going to escape?” She asked him, pity in her eyes. He was helping her and she didn’t want to leave him.
“I can handle myself. Leave, now.”
Y/N closes the door behind her. She runs through the hallways, barely able to see from the lack of lighting. Eventually she finds a door that leads to the outside, and she sighs in relief, happy to be out of there.
“Abraham?” She says oddly. A part of her feels like this was just some big joke someone was playing on her. She felt extremely ridiculous praying to an angel. “Lucifer sent me.”
She stood there for a few minutes before shaking her head, thinking that she was going insane. She was about to walk away, run and find a road before a man appeared in front of her.
“You prayed to me. Lucifer sent you?” The man, presumably Abraham, asks her.
“Yeah,” She could barely believe your eyes. This night was getting crazier by the moment. “He, uh, he wanted you to wipe my memory. Something about being his soulmate, saying he wanted to protect me.”
“You’re her?” His eyes widened, and he immediately rushed over to her side. “What exactly were his orders, miss?”
“He wanted you to wipe my memories of the night.”
“Where were you before this?”
“A bar. Thaxton’s.”
Y/N stands in front of her car, confused as to why she is just staring at the window and not opening her car door. She looks down, noticing her car keys are dropped on the ground. She frowns and picks them up.
The time on her phone said it was almost eleven at night, making Y/N’s eyes widen. ‘Had I really been in there that long? I’ve got a test tomorrow!’ She thought to herself, not knowing where the time went.
“I’ve had too much to drink.” She mumbles to herself.
And just like that, she gets into her car and drives away, not remembering a thing.
“I am sorry guys, I didn’t think that the vampire would …” I said
“You didn’t think? You almost killed Sam!” Dean yelled.
I looked down, afraid of looking into Dean’s disappointed eyes. This was my worse nightmare ever since I started hunting with my half-brothers Sam and Dean. I was afraid that one day I would get one of them killed.
“Dean, it’s not her fault! She almost got killed too!” Sam tried to reason with Dean.
“Better her than you.” Dean said under his breath. Sam did not hear it but I did. Dean thought that I did not hear it because he rushed to help Sam into a chair to check his injuries. Sam had a rather ugly cut on his abdomen.
“CASS!! We need you here!” Dean yells. A slight flutter of wings and the angel appeared. Cass did not ask questions and went straight to healing Sam. I looked at them and realized one thing. They were the original trio. Two brothers and an angel. I was just a burden that they had to bear. After Adam and mom died, they took me in because “I was family.” Honestly, they did it because the felt guilty for leaving Adam in the cage with Lucifer.
I rushed into my room before either of them saw the tears in my eyes. It hurt, knowing that I was a burden and that I was not wanted there. I walked into my room, shut the door and collapsed onto the floor. There was a sharp pain on my thigh where I fell into some broken glass. I slowly got off the floor and started taking off my jeans. I bit my lips to stop myself from yelling out in pain.
There was long gnash on my thigh. I guessed the adrenaline kept me from feeling the pain. Suddenly, the room started to spin. The next thing I know, I was on the floor and then, there was darkness.
My eyes opened slowly. It was like in the movies where the unconscious person slowly regains consciousness. Everything went from blurry to HD in about five seconds and three blinks of the eye. I was on my bed. It smelt like it. I heard some awful yelling only to realize that Sam and Dean were having a full blown argument just five feet away from me. I closed my eyes and pretended I was still asleep.
“She is nothing more than a burden. If she had told us she was hurt, none of this would be necessary!” Dean yelled.
“Dean, you were too worried about rubbing her mistake into her face to even check her for injuries. This is your fault Dean!” Sam replied, slightly agitated.
“She almost got you killed Sam! What was I supposed to do? You are my brother! She is nothing more than dad’s bastard of a daughter!” Dean said.
“You are just jealous because she had a normal life and you did not! Face it Dean, she is our sister! We are supposed to be loving brothers.” Sam argued. Dean said nothing more and stormed out. I heard Sam pull a chair and the next thing I knew, he was holding my hand.
“Y/N, I know we have not been the best brothers in the world. I am so sorry. I should have have taken better care of you when Dean did not. In some ways, I understand you, being the younger one. But don’t worry. It will all change now. I promise, you won’t ever be a burden to us.” Sam said.
I decided that it was time that I “woke up,” so I, channeled my inner actress and faked my awakening. I made sure I blinked a couple of times, moved around slowly and moaned in pain. I opened my eyes and saw a teary eyed Sam in front of me. Sam had a big smile on his face.
“You are awake, are you alright?” asked Sam.
“I am fine, what happened?” I asked.
“Well, you were hurt. There was a huge cut on your thigh. It was worse than my injury. Why didn’t you tell me or Dean?” He asked.
“I didn’t want to be a burden, sorry. I thought I could handle it myself. I am so sorry.” I said almost crying.
“Hey, hey, hey, don’t apologize. You did not do anything wrong alright. You are not a burden. If anything, you are a gift to us. Don’t tell Dean, but I have always wanted a younger sister.” Sam said.
“I won’t tell Dean. Thank you Sam.” I said.
“Call me Sammy, like Dean does.” Sam said, holding my hand.
“Okay Sammy, I love you.” I said hesitantly.
“I love you to sissy. Get some rest, I will bring you food later.” Sam said. Sam stood up, gave me a kiss on my forehead and left my room. I felt a little better and for the first time, I felt like I was loved. I rolled over and slept with a smile on my face.
After that incident, Sam and I had become closer. He and I would spend hours reading books together in the library. He convinced Dean that I could stay in the bunker and provide information to them while they were on hunts. It proved to be a good idea as I helped them crack a few of their hard cases. Sam was very proud of me and would tell me so.
Dean on the other hand was different. He started to treat me worse. He would only talk to me because Sam was in the room. When Sam was not around, he would ignore me completely. I figured that I could not be too greedy. I assumed that Dean was jealous that I was spending more time with Sam. He made sure that there were always out on cases so I would have less time with Sam. Sam realized what he was doing but did not confront him.
“Y/N, we found a case. It is in Michigan.” Sam said while standing outside my room door.
“What? But you guys just got back yesterday. Don’t you guys need to rest and recover?” I asked. Honestly, I just wanted some quality time with Sam. I missed him while he went on hunts.
“I know sissy, but Dean says that it is important and there were no other hunters around to help.” he said, looking at me sadly.
“Well, I guess that can’t be helped. I missed you though.” I said. Sam came in a sat beside me on the bed.
“I know that Dean has been doing this because he is jealous that we are together so much. I should have said something, I am sorry baby.” Sam said. He only called me baby when he wanted to make sure I did not get angry.
“I know too. Don’t worry. He is your brother first. I come second. I am okay with it, as long as both of you come back in one piece. Contrary to what you may think, I do love Dean too. I love him like how I loved daddy. Dean is a lot like daddy.
“Baby, I promise I will talk to Dean about this alright. I also promise to make sure Dean and I come back in one piece. I love you so much.” Sam said, giving me a big hug.
“I love you both, my big brothers!” I said, returning the hug.
“We’ll be back in a couple of days. We will check in every night and whenever we need too. Behave!” Dean said, standing outside my door. Sam huffed in frustration and turned toward Dean to say something but I replied before he could.
“Yes Dean, I will. Don’t worry about me.” I said. Sam turned around me and he mouthed an apology to me. He stood up and followed Dean. I took a deep breath and looked around my room. Another few days of being alone.
I spent the next few days cleaning the bunker. I washed all the bed sheets, deep cleansed the kitchen and dusted the place. When I wasn’t cleaning, I was knee deep in the lore, trying to help Sam and Dean with the up and coming monster.
After I had identified the monster, I went back to bed. It was already midnight and I was exhausted from all the work. I slept well, knowing my brothers will be back the next day. Around four in the morning, I received a call from Sam. I immediately panicked. I was worried something had happen to either of them.
“Sam! What’s wrong?” I asked. My heart was racing.
“It’s Dean, he got hurt bad. He might not make it.” said Sam. His voice was breaking.
“Where you you guys? I will be there as soon as I can.” I said. I got up and started stripping off my pajamas.
“Michigan General Hospital, drive safe sissy.” Sam said. I was heartbroken. I could sense that if Dean died, Sam would be devastated. I wished that it was me that was dying. Then, an idea hit me. I knew what I had to do.
“Sam, don’t worry. Dean will pull through. I promise you.” I said before hanging up.
There was only one way to save Dean. I put on my clothes, collected several items and then left. I was scared of what I was about to do. But I was more afraid of losing Dean.
“Hello darlin, what do I owe the pleasure?” Crowley asked.
“My brother, Dean. Save him.” I said.
“What are you willing to offer, my sweet young thing?” Crowley asked, stroking my cheek. I looked in Crowley’s eyes and sensed some sympathy, well, enough for the King of Hell.
“Anything.” I said. The next thing I knew, Crowley’s lips were on mine.
I walked in the hospital and saw Sam and Dean in the hallway. I ran straight towards Dean and gave him a big hug. The next thing I knew, I was violently pulled away from Dean.
“This is all your fault!” Dean yelled at me.
“What? I don’t understand!” I said. Did he know about the deal that I made?
“If you had done your research, I would not have gotten hurt.” he said. Then, Sam yanked me away from Dean and into his arms. He held me close to himself.
“Dean, it is not her fault. We all did research and came up with the same conclusion. Don’t pin this on her, you selfish bastard!” Sam yelled at Dean. Sam then took my hand and pulled me out with him.
“Where the hell do you think you are going?” Dean asked.
“I am riding with Y/N!” Sam yelled back. I tried to stop Sam but he was too strong for me. I let him pull me out of the hospital. Sam opened the passenger seat door and gently shoved me inside the car. He then went around and got in the driver’s seat. We were on the road in five seconds.
It has been three weeks since Sam left Dean in Michigan. It has been an incredibly stressful week for all three of us. Sam and Dean were talking more these day, it seems like they have solved their issues. Sam has been extra loving to me. He spent more time with me. I took full advantage of it, knowing I only had a week before my time was up.
I yelled Sam’s name. No answer. I walked out to his room. He was not there. I checked the kitchen and then the library, no one but Dean. I walked in slowly. Dean was having a beer, at 10 a.m. It did not look good.
“Dean, where is Sam?” I asked.
“None of your business.” Dean said, gulping down the beer. Normally, I would have apologized and walked away. But since I only had days left, I figured that I should know the truth to why he hates me so much. I pulled a chair and sat in front of him.
“Why do you hate me so much Dean?” I asked, looking straight into his eyes.
“I don’t hate you. Why do you think I do?” Dean asked, looking away. I was furious. He was trying so hard to hide his hate for me. I made a deal to save his life and he won’t even look at me.
“Really? Ever since I you found out about me, you have treated me like shit. I tried everything I could to please you. I saved your… I am sorry that your duo became a trio. I am sorry dad did not treat you like he treated Adam and I. I am sorry I had a mother and you did not. But this is not a reason for you to just pretend I did not exist!” I yelled.
“Fine! I hate you! I hate that you had a better life with dad than me. I hate that you just barged into our lives and made us responsible for you. Most of all, I hate that you took Sammy away from me. You are nothing but a burden. You should have never been with us. If I could, I would put you in the cage with Lucifer!” Dean said. I was shocked. I did not know his hate had run so deep.
“Maybe your wish would come true.” I said. I stood up and walked out of the library.
That night, I wanted to spend the whole night with Sam. It would be my last night with my beloved brother. I would miss him the most. I faked being afraid of a nightmare to get him to stay with me. We spent the whole night talking and laughing. Sam finally slept beside me. I was awake. I spent about an hour watching him sleep. That was how I wanted to remember my brother, peaceful and happy.
Finally, I slowly got out of the bed so Sam would not wake up. I changed my clothes. I took one of Sam’s flannel and tied it around my waist. That way, I would have something of Sam’s with me. Then, I took Dean’s shirt and I wore it. I now have both of my brothers with me. I was ready for the consequence of the deal.
I walked out of the bunker. Outside, Crowley was already waiting for me. He saw the tears in my eyes. I thought I saw him hesitate. Then he clicked his finger and we left.
Being in the cage with Lucifer was absolute hell. He was exactly how Sam described but ten times worse. He would fill my head with lies. He only mentally abused me. Apparently, Lucifer was a gentleman and would not hit a woman. That was the only good thing going for me. I was to be Lucifer’s punching bag. It keeps him from attacking the rest of hell. This went on for a long time.
— Sam’s POV
It has been almost five years since Y/N left. Dean and I have searched high and low for her. Nothing. I was devastated. Dean was sad too but somehow, I felt that he was hiding something. I never got to confronting him because I was afraid that he will leave me too. Fast forward to now, where I have to be in the cage with Lucifer to get him to work together with God.
I am afraid that Y/N is in hell. We found and killed a few crossroads demon before Crowley came and told us to “go to hell” when we asked if Y/N made a deal. I could have sworn that he knew something about Y/N. I did not press the issue. Part of me was afraid of what I would find out. The other part of me just missed her.
Now, I am about to be transported into Lucifer’s cage. I was nervous. I shook that feeling away and nodded to Crowley. He seemed a little hesitant but he motioned for Rowena to start the spell. In an instant, I was in the cage with Lucifer. He smiled at me and pointed behind me. I looked behind me, there was no one. Then I looked down and I saw her. My sister was in the cage.
I rushed to her. She seemed unharmed. There was no bruises on her body. I noticed that she was wearing Dean’s favorite t-shirt that he lost and on her waist, my flannel. I shook her and tried to wake her up. She did not move an inch. I turned around to Lucifer and was pushed down.
“Now, now, let’s not get antsy. I know you have many questions, but one at a time please.” Lucifer said with a smile on his face.
“What is she doing here?” I asked.
“She made a deal with dear ol’ Crowley. Simple as that.” Lucifer said.
“But why would she make a deal? We weren’t dying or anything. Sure we were hurt but both of us was not injured to the point of death except… Dean.” I said, looking down at my poor sister. I was mortified.
“Yup, dear sister made a deal to save her brother’s life. How touching. That is actually the reason why I was so nice to her. She knew what it felt to be abandoned by a loved one. The same way God forsook me, Dean forsook her.” Lucifer said.
I knelt down and held my sister’s body to my own. I felt the tears filling my eyes. I was filled with guilt and anger. I was angry at myself and Dean not knowing that she made a deal. I was guilty of not confronting Dean about mistreating her. I felt like a failure. I had failed my only sister.
“Enough of this sappy feelings. Let’s bring the guilty party into this court! I shall be the judge this time.” Lucifer said as he snapped his fingers.
“Dean Winchester! How do you plead?” asked Lucifer.
There are many things that bothered me regarding Crowley’s death. For a character that has been on the show for as long as he has and for his death to be so glossed over… They wasted a great opportunity to lay on the feels.
His death wasn’t sad. Don’t get me wrong, I AM sad beyond belief that his character killed off, but the lack of emotion in the scene was startlingly pathetic.
I’ve long said that as soon as a character has their redemption arc, they will be killed. It’s so damn predictable at this point that it was obvious this was coming.
You want to make Crowley’s death sad? Build up to it. Make it final, but not the end!
In my opinion, so many little things could have been done to make this death THAT much more tragic, instead of relatively useless and unnecessary.
Have Crowley admit that he has nothing left… because he doesn’t. Sure he made some hasty comment about how he doesn’t like Hell or whatever… but again, so glossed over that it didn’t really MEAN that much. His mother, regardless of the fact that she was a thorn in his side, she was still his mother and it was obvious that he felt SOMETHING for her, otherwise he would have just rid himself of the hassle she caused long ago.
Lucifer is back, meaning all the work he put into Hell is gone, all his loyal subjects (as loyal as demons could be) would obviously defect for fear of their own lives, and BEST case scenario, he’d be Lucifer’s dog again, worst case, he’d be tortured and killed. Even if he managed to escape, you know Lucifer would do everything in his power to find him.
Even after fucking everything he’s done for Sam and Dean, INCLUDING FUCKING SACRIFICING HIMSELF, Dean and Sam both show no goddamn emotion when Crowley reveals his plan to kill himself to save them.
Crowley is far from perfect, particularly in their eyes, but he saved them and Cas on multiple occasions. That should at least warrant a pained, “…wait!” or something from Dean at the very least.
Have Crowley leave something behind. Have him slip a piece of paper into Sam’s hand before running off the stare down the Devil. Maybe the piece of paper with just a name of someone who can help put Lucifer back in his cage, or a phone number. Fucking SOMETHING. There is seemingly nothing left of Crowley on that show and it will be pretty much as if he didn’t exist.
His death wasn’t sad. It was a waste. A tragic fucking waste.
I don’t know that I’ve ever really complained about this show… but I’ve watched the scene a number of times and it’s just so anti-climactic and bothersome.
Anyone have other thoughts? I’m curious what everyone thinks of what happened.
The Winchesters turned, finding Cas standing behind them with a young woman next to him.
“This is Y/N,” Cas said.
“The other archangel?” Sam stood, walking over. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
“Likewise.” You shook his hand, giving him a small smile. “My brother has filled me in.”
“Is there anything you think you can do?” Dean asked. “Any sort of tracking you have on Lucifer?”
“I haven’t heard from him recently. But I may be able to find him.” You paused. “But you should know, even if I find him, I don’t know that I’ll be able to convince him to help stop the apocalypse. He always did like… commotion.”
“What about the others?” Sam asked. “Do you think you can convince them to help us find Lucifer and stop Amara?”
“I don’t know.”
“Nonsense,” Cas said. “You know they listen to you.”
“They do. You’re practically the only other one they listen to after Father.”

Being in the bunker with the Winchesters was proving to be a challenge for Chuck. He missed seeing you all the time. Defeating Amara was the only way he could protect you. He was willing to do anything for you. The bunker was one of the safest places on Earth for the time being.
Chuck snapped his fingers without a second thought, bringing you to the bunker. When his eyes fell on you as you stood before him, he could only smile. “[Y/N],” Chuck spoke softly, causing you to turn around.
You spun on your heels facing your husband. A smile immediately spread across your face as you threw your arms around Chuck. “Hey Chuck,” you beamed. “How have you been? I haven’t seen you in a few weeks. Is everything okay?”
Imagine Lucifer being in the cage and visiting you in order to tell you how much he loves and misses you

Warnings: This is fluffy, you have been warned.
You sighed flinging your exhausted body down onto the sofa
as you dropped your bag on the floor. It had been months since Luci, your
boyfriend, had been locked in the cage by Sam and Dean. You missed him so much
and every day when you woke up without him beside you was a constant reminder
of how alone you felt.
Sighing again, you closed your eyes wishing you could get at
least a minute of sleep even though you knew it was useless without him beside
you. The silence of the room almost
lulled you asleep until it’s eerie quietness was broken.
You instantly shot up recognizing the voice which you had
missed so much.
There he was stood in front of you, his deep red eyes
illuminating the dark room and you could barely make out the slight outline of
“Luci?” you whispered in shock as you slowly raised from the
sofa, “no… you’re not here.”
You slowly reached out to grab him but your arm just phased
through him. You knew it was too good to be true.
“Y/N.” Lucifer murmured softly with a sad tone to his voice
causing you to look up at him directly into his enticing eyes.
“No it’s not you,” you whispered slowly not believing he was
“Y/N,” Lucifer repeated, “It is me, I… I’m still in the
cage. There was a crack I managed to reach you.”
You watched as Lucifer moved his hand slightly as he was
desperate to touch you, to hold you in his arms and wrap his wings protectively
“I-I miss you,” you choked out as your eyes glossed over and
tears fell from them.
“Father, I miss you too,” he stepped closer to you so that
you were almost touching and hovered his hand close to your face. Even though
he wasn’t physically there and couldn’t actually touch you, just being as close
to each other as you could be was comforting to both of you due to the
extensively long, agonizing period of time you spent apart.
Another sigh escaped your lips as tears continued to blur
your vision, you wanted more than anything to be with Lucifer and seeing him
but knowing he wasn’t truly next to you was torture.
You watched as Lucifer’s figure began to fade away slightly
knowing he must have only had a limited amount of time to speak to you.
“Y/n,” Lucifer spoke again but all sadness was gone from his
voice and replaced with determination, “I promise I will find a way out of this
cage and return to you, I love you Y/N.”
He stretched out his hand as he began to fade and you
reached out to grab it. You could swear you felt your hands connect for a
second before he fully disappeared leaving you once again alone in the eerily
You still felt a slight sadness that he had gone but a small
smile made it’s way onto your face as you knew that Lucifer would stop at
nothing to find a way out of the cage and make his way to you again.
A few days had passed since you had last talked with Lucifer
and you were beginning to think that he wouldn’t ever turn up again.
You got out of bed only wearing only your pants and one of
Lucifer’s shirts not bothering to put on any leggings as you made your way to
the kitchen for a drink. Pressing play
on your music, you began to pour yourself a glass of orange juice as your hips
swayed to the rhythm of the song.
“Now that’s what I call a good welcome home,” You heard a
voice from behind you say, startling you almost causing you to drop the drink.
You instantly spun around as you saw your boyfriend behind
you his tongue licked his lips and his eyes roamed over your uncovered body.
“Are you… actually…” You paused not wanting to ask in case
he was still in the cage but Lucifer managed to catch onto what you were
“Yeah, I’m here.” He whispered as he smiled.
Immediately after he spoke you ran up to him, throwing your
arms around his neck and jumped into his body as his arms snaked their way
around your waist to hold you tightly into his chest.
The moment you felt his arms and wings wrap around you,
tears of happiness filled your eyes.
Lucifer stared deeply into your tear glossed eyes before
leaning down and locking his lips with yours. The kiss was filled with so much
passion as it made up for all the lost time you had spent away from each other,
one of Lucifer’s arms reached up and cupped your cheek as he deepened the kiss
and your hand snaked its way up to his head and your fingers ran through his
Eventually, you both pulled away from the kiss but you still
were closely embraced with each other, foreheads still touching. The only sound
which filled the room was the quiet panting, from the long kiss, escaping your
“Promise me you’ll never leave again Luci,” you whispered
“I promise Y/N, I love you so much, I missed you so much. I
spent every day thinking about you,” Lucifer admitted as his thumb reached up
and wiped away the stray tears of joy leaving your eyes.
