What are your thoughts about law of attracton ?

With music, notes sound together and make harmony. This seems to be true for all frequencies and energy is transmitted through varying but specific frequencies.

Anger has a frequency, sadness has a frequency, enlightenment has a frequency, loneliness has a frequency, happiness has a frequency; this can all be felt. And it seem that all mental emotional state or state of consciousness have varying but distinct frequencies and they will collect and resonate in harmony for the ease of the whole.

This is all done to maximize the energy available in the system and it seems to be the most efficient way for this whole thing we all share to work. Nature or Life, –this– will always work in the most efficient way possible and alleviate excess losses of energy. And frequencies collecting and hanging out together seems to be the way it does this.

The law of attraction is a way of explaining how this all works on a practical level. It is a way of explaining how to access this level of Life in a conscious way and work more readily with the underlying workings.

In scientific terms your brain remembered the feeling, remembered the connection (synapses)  been the neurons in your brain.

If you can tap back into how winning felt for you, you can repeat that success in any area of your life that you’re struggling in. You can improve your results.

How can I activate my Success Signature?
Relax, close your eyes and remember in detail the event where you won. What was it? Where was it? Who was there? What were you doing? What was the weather? Making it real in your mind again until you can feel how good that moment was. This will trigger that Success Signature. When you feel that winning feeling in your bones, imagine the upcoming event that you’re worried about failing in, and imagine it going well. Imagine you’ve just completed it successfully and feel exactly the same way you did when you won in something else. This is creative magic: this is mental science . 

Does this really work?
Have you ever heard a noise in the dark that made you jump? Your ears heard the noise, your brain identified it as a threat and your body jumped. That reaction was based on imagining the worst… That’s how you created fear and creating success is made in the same way. 

The most important bit:
When you identify your winning feeling from memory, and transfer it to a future event in visualization, it becomes real to your nervous system. Your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is real or what is imagined. And by mixing your past success with future success, you can improve any area of your life. 6 Questions To Ask Yourself To Identify An Addiction

1. Can I go 1 day without it? A key factor in identifying an addiction is to observe how we feel during a 24 hour cool-down period, if this is hard for us to do - this is a sign of an unhealthy relationship with ourselves & the behaviour.

2. Is it interfering with other aspects of my life? If the behaviour in question is affecting our sleep, work or nutrition this is a clear sign that we must bring more balance into our lives.

3. Am I using it to escape my reality? Whether it’s television, drugs, food or exercise we must ask ourselves if we are using it to escape our present moment or if we are indulging in it for the temporary enjoyment it brings.

4. Is it affecting my relationships? Another telltale sign of addiction is if our behaviour is affecting the relationships we have with others and ourselves. If we find that we are encountering resistance with the significant others in our lives as a result of our choices it may be time to check ourselves.

5. Am I hurting others or myself? If our behaviour is causing physical, mental or emotional harm to others this is a clear sign that we are using something to mask our true feelings. Emotions are energy in motion, they will always find another way to manifest themselves if we try to ignore or repress them.

6. What is it doing for me? It’s important to identify the benefits we receive from the choices we’re making, if the only benefit is temporary pleasure this is a sign that we must look within for the reason why we are seeking this pleasure. 

Addictions present themselves when we refuse to look within.

How I Manifested In 30 Days:

I have had an amazing personal manifestation I want to share with you all!

What to write: At the start of May, I wrote in my journal:

Dear Universe. I know you are always willing to show me something wonderful. Give me a breakthrough. Give it to me in the easiest and fastest way possible. Give me anything that will contribute to my happiness, finances & purpose. And give it to me by or before Wednesday 31st May 2017.

How to write: Hold the pen a little tighter. Feel the ink on the paper as an extension of yourself. Not anger. But intensity, yes. And absolutely come to the decision that this goodness can be absolutely anything, and come from absolutely anywhere. 

Why it worked: This conversation I was having with the Universe was a bit different, as you can see. It was scaled back, to the point and for the first time in my life, I didn’t try to add a limit or condition to it. I have my goals, and I am clear on them. I still want those to happen. But, sometimes we can have a wonderful experience just waiting in the invisible. And it cannot come uninvited. In all your expecting & planning, you must keep a little space open for something different to come in. 

What happened to me: Several days later, uncharacteristically, I wrote to someone for advice. (I am always seeking to connect with high-performance individuals and cold-email them often, but never for advice.) We began talking, and there was a flow. A connection. Within a few more days I was asked to contribute to a book project. That has now increased to 5 different projects. On Wednesday 31st May 2017, the deal was sealed as they say in money-terms. The best part of all of this is to share a connection to a like-spirited, like-Soul that I shall probably continue to know until the end of our days.

1. Hurt people hurt people. All of us will experience pain, but some don’t know how to deal with theirs and choose to pass it on to others.

2. Be yourself. Being authentic allows us to live in a way that serves and fulfils us above all else, people pleasing with the intention of gaining the validation of others will never bring true happiness.

3. Hard work works. If we want something we must be prepared to work for it because anything that comes easy isn’t worth having and anything worth having doesn’t come easy.

4. Positive mind, positive life. The reality we experience is based on the way we view the world, if we do not show gratitude for what we have we will only experience lack and negativity.

5. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. Eating processed foods & consuming toxic substances such as alcohol will result in poor health - prevention is better than cure.

6. Your vibe attracts your tribe. Everyone we encounter on our journeys each reflect something about who we are - it’s important to acknowledge what is being reflected back to us when we are working on ourselves.

7. Love yourself. Once we learn to love and accept ourselves we can experience true love with others because we know that regardless of how the relationship goes we will always have ourselves.

8. Nature is a healer. There might not be any wifi, but we will find a better connection - we can use this connection to understand ourselves & receive messages from the universe.

9. You can’t take any of it with you. Hoarding material possessions will never bring fulfilment because money can never buy love or happiness - this must come from within.

10. We are all one. There is no other, separation is the illusion - there is no enemy, friend, lover, terrorist, butcher, banker, painter, plumber - we are all part of the same universal consciousness experiencing itself in human form.

We are both the masterpiece and the work in progress.
