I-REALLY-LIKE-THIS-OnE

I was feeling weird about my coloring lately cause it seemed to make the original lineart look so different from the final illustration, so I decided to simplify it a lot and this is my first attempt! So far I like it better, the face over all heee.

This is also the first time I draw Inej so here have her *shoves her towards you*

the way the verses in ‘dancing with our hands tied’ exude an ethereal kind of constant rush feeling and the chorus explodes into a slower yet more intensified sound because the continual anxious feeling cascading through her mind suddenly bursts into beautiful chaos when they’re dancing alone, away from the crowds, and it feels like the first time.

Title: Love Is Blind
Character: Matt Murdock
Continuation of: http://ofnifflersandkings.tumblr.com/post/164090732892/title-missed-connection-character-matt-murdock

You crashed into your apartment door, leaning heavily against it as you tried to collect all of your thoughts. You were staring blankly into the room until you realized how big of a fool you made of yourself in front of Matt. Your hands flew up to cover your eyes as you groaned in embarrassment, trying to push away the events of the night.

You shouldn’t have kissed him back.

It was a mistake.

So then why did you feel so happy when it happend?

You could easily admit that Matthew Murdock was incredibly attractive. But more than that he was so sweet and kind. He had always been supportive of you and genuinely cared about you as a person.

Taking a deep sigh, you pushed yourself off the door and moped into the kitchen, fetching yourself a glass and pouring a healthy amount of wine into it before moving to the couch.

You nursed the glass in your hand, sloshing around the liquid as you tried to come to some kind of conclusion.

You just liked Matt so much, and you worried about him all the time now that you understood just what it is that he does.

Then a thousand scenarios flew into your head and you promptly shut it down.

You should have just left yourself out of it like Matt told you to.

After work, you slowly made your way to Foggy and Matt’s firm, your hand nervously gripping onto the shoulder strap of your satchel as you walked down the street, grimacing when you finally reached the front door.

You didn’t want to show up, but ignoring the place as a whole would have just made it too obvious to everyone.

So, you bucked up and put on a smile as you opened the door.

Karen looked up from her desk and broke out into a grin when she saw you. Standing up from her chair she was quick to pull you into a hug.

“There you are! I was gonna call when you didn’t show up for lunch like usual.” Karen pulled back from the hug and lead you into her office.

“Oh yeah, I was just super caught up at work and time must have gotten away from me.” You told her, digging your hands into your coat pockets as you looked to the ground.

“Oh believe me, I know exactly what that’s like and-” Karen looked up from her desk and the smile slowly fell off her face when she saw your expression. “Something happened, tell me.”

Your head shot up and your eyes went wide. “What?! No!” You let out a shaky laugh and scoffed. “I’m totally fine.”

“(Y/n).”

You took one look into her eyes and your whole facade came tumbling down as you crashed into the seat in front of her. “You have to promise not to tell anyone.” Your voice was as quiet as you could manage.

Karen nodded, moving from around her desk to lean on the front of it, her head inclined towards you so she could hear. “I promise.”

You looked at her with a questioning brow and fell into the back of your chair as your hands preoccupied themselves with your coat buttons. “Last night, Matt and I kissed.”

“What!” Karen shouted, but her hands immediately came to cover her mouth as her eyes bugged out.

“Karen!”

She let out a laugh, shaking her head. “Sorry! I’m sorry,” Her voice was much more quiet now. “I just wasn’t expecting that.” Her hand came to tap your shoulder as a glimmer showed up in her eyes. “But yay!”

“No, not yay,” You said, standing up from the chair as you paced the office. “It was…a mistake, I shouldn’t have kissed him back. I don’t know what I was thinking.”

Karen frowned, her hands grabbing into yours as she made you stop in your tracks. “Hey, think about this for a second. Clearly he likes you, and you must feel the same if you kissed him back.”

“And then I kissed him again.” You groaned, head falling onto her shoulder.

“Oh, my sweet summer child,” Karen cooed, and she tried to console you. “I think you should talk to him.”

You pulled away from her, opening your mouth to answer but someone else beat you to it.

“I was wondering when you would stop by.”

You whirled around to find Matt waiting by the door and you jumped back.

“Oh! Hello, Matt.” You said weakly.

“Karen, would you mind if I spoke to (Y/n) for a minute?”

You shot her a pleading glance but she must not have seen it because she pushed you towards him with a smile. “Of course, have her back by 10.”

Matt smiled and held the door open for you before he lead you outside and the two of you started walking down the street.

“I didn’t think you were going to come in today,” Matt commented as he tried not to focus on your heartbeat, wanting to hear you explain yourself.

“Yeah, well,” You shrugged, trying to think of the right words to put together. “I didn’t want Fog or Karen to worry.”

It became silent, but the air surrounding the two of you was one of hesitation and hurt. It was obvious that the both of you had much to say to one another, but neither of you wanted to do it first.

“I don’t think it was a mistake.” Matt spoke up suddenly, causing you to look at him.

“I know that you might think so, but I don’t.”

You stopped walking, brows furrowing together. “How do you know that?”

“Please, it takes a lot more than whispering for me not to hear it.” Matt answered, turning around so he was now facing you.

Your gaze was firmly upon the ground.

You didn’t know how to answer him.

“I’m sorry.”

“Can you at least tell me why?” Matt asked, taking a step towards you, but still seemed so distant. “Because I’ve tried to work it out on my own, and I couldn’t.”

You sighed for what felt like the millionth time since you last left his company. “I’m not good at the whole romance thing, you know? I love the idea of love, but when all of a sudden it’s actually staring me in the face I try to run away. It’s…stupid I know.”

Matt shook his head. “No it’s not, lots of people can be like that.”

“You think so?”

“I know so, I used to be one of them. I liked this one girl awhile back, but it didn’t work out and I was devastated.”

“Really? I didn’t know that.” You took his hand. “I’m sorry to hear.”

“It was a long time ago, I’ve moved on.” Matt gave your hand a small squeeze. “I really care about you. I wouldn’t kiss someone I didn’t have feelings for.”

You smiled, looking down at the way your hands were intertwined with one another. “I like you, too.”

Your voice was quiet but Matt didn’t miss it, a small grin appeared on his face as he brought your hand up to kiss the back of it. “I don’t want you to be scared of me, I wouldn’t hurt you.”

“No, I don’t think you would.” You said, freeing your hand from his so you could bring his face down to meet your lips to kiss him.

Matt’s arms instantly wrapped around your waist as he brought you close to him.

When you pulled back your let your hands fall to his shoulders as you felt him press his forehead against yours. “That’s to say sorry for leaving you like that last night.”

Matt chuckled and kissed the end of your nose. “You’re already forgiven, but you are freezing,” He said, pulling back from you and taking your hand. “Let’s get you inside.”

You both made it to the door of the firm before Matt pulled you close again and gave you a short kiss. “I’m sure Karen will be happy to hear the news.”

You flushed bright red and laughed. “Oh god, you heard all that?!”

Matt laughed and walked inside. “I hear everything, didn’t I tell you?”

“You’re awful!”

Ace of Earth

So thinking again about a name for this deck, and why nothing has really stuck for me. Then I realized, we were focusing too much on their tattoos. These cards aren’t just about tattoos, it’s also about their body language

I spent a lot of time thinking about what pose should be for each card, and I like to think that each woman conveys her own message fairly well even without the tattoos.

So, something about body language. And tattoos. I don’t know yet, anyone have any suggestions?

“Holy shit,” Clint had said, delighted. “Holy shit, can none of you - ”

There’d been scowls and grumbles at his obvious delight, and Tony had muttered something scathing, but Bucky had watched the unabashed pleasure on his face as he vaulted onto the back of the horse, rode hard after the criminals, pushed himself up on the stirrups for an unimpeded shot with his bow. It was impressive, and fucking *hot*, and Bucky’d had a little trouble maintaining the disinterested stare.

Now they’re in the jet, Clint’s capable hands wrapped around the controls, and he’s grinning to himself in a way that’s clearly getting Tony’s goat. *Bucky* wouldn’t call it smug, but that’s cos Bucky has made a study of Clint’s face from as close as he can get it.

“You’re not special, Barton,” Tony says, cutting across the tired silence, resentful and kinda mean. It’s guilt, Bucky thinks, but that doesn’t make it any better. “If I’d had the suit working we wouldn’t even have needed you.”

Clint doesn’t react. His smile doesn’t even change. His hands maybe tighten a little on the controls; it’s difficult to tell.

“Some of us don’t need a rocket suit to be awesome,” he says.

“Some of us were too busy getting multiple degrees to screw around with horses,” Tony snaps back, and Steve lifts his head up.

“Hey, enough, you two.”

Clint gives Tony the finger and a grin that’s lost something, although he patches it up well. You’d almost never know.

Bucky follows him off the jet when they land. Clint’s done crowing, stowing his gear with efficient movements, the little smile he’d been wearing lost somewhere along the way, and hey, turns out Bucky’d do pretty much anything to get it back.

Clint heads for his room and Bucky catches the door before it closes, shouldering his way inside.

“You shouldn’t believe him.” Clint’s shoulders tense up and then relax again in an instant, and his smile is easy.

“No idea what you’re talking about.”

Bucky walks forward and is stupidly, ridiculously grateful that Clint has always stood his ground.

“Everything about you is special, Clint Barton,” he says.

“Ha,” Clint bites out, “yeah, I’m a goddamn superhero, didn’t you hear?” His voice is easy again by the end, well trained.

“Word’s used too easy around here,” Bucky tells him, “but yeah, more than maybe anyone, you are.”

“You tryin’ to get in my pants, Barnes?” Clint asks, “‘cos I gotta tell you it doesn’t need half this effort.”

Bucky lifts his hand, a little stymied by the lack of long hair to tuck behind Clint’s ear. He cups the side of his face instead, looks straight into his eyes.

“You’re worth every second of effort and more,” he says, and even if there’s a lingering disbelief in his eyes as Bucky ducks in for a kiss, when they finally pull apart he’s smiling.

Wet Dream - Jeremy Gilbert Smut

“I’m not getting in.” I crossed my arms, looking away from a half naked Jeremy. It was almost a half hour past midnight and I would’ve fallen back asleep comfortably in my sweat and pathetic attempt at peace had he not knocked on my door and persuaded me to come downstairs and JUMP A FENCE to swim in the pool. I’m not some kind of saint but who wouldn’t rather be sleeping?

“Come on!” He whispered, his teeth chattering as he smiled widely. “It’s perfect.” He lolled his head back as I rubbed my hands over my face.

I felt the dew on the blades of grass under my feet and the mild wind blowing at me. The sky also wasn’t completely dark somehow. It was a dark shade of navy blue with stars and clouds and the occasional airplane making it’s way through, so far away.

I couldn’t imagine my life without Jeremy now. It felt like he was always there even if he just showed up out of the blue three years prior and forced his way into the best friend gap in my heart.

He understood me and I figured I might as well be his slave forever because he helped me so much and my other friends still believed he was a bad person for almost choking me to death that ONE time.

“Helloooo?” Jeremy said, his arms wading in the water, the moons reflection in the ripples.

“What did you say?” I asked, clearing my throat. I could see the beads of water on his shoulders, some of his hair in his eyes.

“I said please like fifteen times.” He said. I sighed, taking off my shirt.

I would be at work the day after, probably with baggy eyes and more caffeine than usual but there would be something more to have in my diary and our memories.

“Oh-hohoho! Now we’re talking.” Jeremy lowered his face further underwater, his nose barely above the surface.

I swam to him, his hand already extended for me. I kicked my legs to stay afloat as our fingers entwined.

“I was having a dream,” he said. Our eyes met and my breath got caught in my throat. “You were in it, it felt so vivid, I woke up and I had to see you.” He said, his lips so close to the water that he blubbered at times.

“Simply riveting.” I put my hand on his freckled shoulder and he smiled, rolling his eyes.

“You’re such a jerk!” He splashed water in my face, swimming away before I could react. I screamed, wiping my face and paddled closer so I could splash him back.

“Come back here, chump!” I giggled as I tried grabbing onto one of his limbs. I finally caught up to him in the shallow part of the pool and he was laughing at me.

Is he a damn Olympian, or what? I swam next to him, letting my pants become regular breaths. I looked at his face again, a drop of water falling off his nose as he glanced back at me.

“What was your dream about, Jeremy?” I grabbed his hand again. The pads of his fingers were pruned and I laughed.

He started to lean in and I almost gasped. Before I knew it our lips were touching and my mouth fell open as his lips traced mine. My hand traveled up out of the water, holding onto his arm.

He shuffled closer to me, pressing me against the concrete side of the pool, his body molding a great match into mine.

“Jer.” I watched the sky hazily with half lidded eyes as he moved warm kisses down the side of my neck.

“I apologize.” He whispered, his face too near and dear for me to catch a breath. “But my dream was about you… just like this.” He started, his hands reaching behind my back so that he could unclasp my bra. His mouth dipped down as his hands traveled to my ass. My eyes fluttered as he lifted me up so that he could envelope one of my nipples in his mouth, pressing his tongue against me.

My eyes flickered awake when I felt his bulge shift against me. I swallowed.

“Was this in your dream?” I whispered, boldly snaking my hand into his boxers and grabbing his dick. He groaned, pulling his mouth away from me. “Do we dare have sex in this very pool?” I asked.

“I don’t see why not.” He replied, his voice deeper. I grabbed onto the wall as he pulled my bottoms away from me, pulling my legs tickilishly towards him, a big geeky smile on his face.

I struggled with his shorts underwater, frowning at the strings tying it together. “What, did you square knot this or something, boy scout?” I pulled at the strings in frustration.

“Relax, sweetheart.” He stifled a laugh, reaching down to do it himself. “I knew your bird brains would catch up soon.” He joked, naked before me then.

He hid his nose in my neck as he held me carefully against the wall, pushing in me, his hand guiding himself in. My breath stopped and I tried looking in between our warm bodies.

“Perfect.” I muttered, my eyes falling closed as I let out a choked moan. It was perfect, although he was quite sizeable in a way that definitely made the experience a little painful.

He let out sighs as he pulled me toward him easily, eyebrows clenched in concentration. I wrapped my arms around his neck, my pants going straight into his ear.

I almost screamed as he hit a sensitive spot. I grasped his shoulders as he continued stroking the spot barely. I frowned, digging my nails in him as an orgasm built inside me.

I couldn’t breath and every few seconds an exasperated gasp would escape me for forgetting how to intake oxygen. I bucked my legs in the water, trying desperately to get off.

My stomach flared up in a frenzy and I melted, letting go and gushing as I let out a long moan in his ear. He grunted on my shoulder, my heaving chest pressed right against his.

I fell limp in his strong arms, my legs weakly wrapping around him.

“You get brownie points for that one, scout.” I muttered, leaning against his shoulder.
