RULES/TIPS
  • 1:never give up.
  • 2:don't eat or binge after 7pm, 6:00pm if you can manage! and if you HAVE to eat keep it under 100 calories.
  • 3:fast whenever possible, at all times. this is not some diet.
  • 4:lunch = one stick of sugarfree mint gum.
  • 5:food is not a reward or a positive thing. train your mind to recognize this.
  • 6:pick a thinspo of the day every day.
  • 7:drink a bottle of water every hour.
  • 8:if you feel like you have to binge, keep it to a dinner/single meal or between 500-700 cals.
  • 9:seriously, the only time you should ever eat is if you are forced in a social situation or on a pre-planned binge day.
  • 10:if youre binging, try and start with fruits and veggies first to fill up on healthy, easy to burn foods.
  • 11:dont ask for food. keep your mouth shut. dont rely on other people to refuse you food, you are in control.
  • 12:ONLY EAT AROUND OTHERS, when someone is watching!
  • 13:try and be in bed by 9:00 every night! it feels so satisfying and keeps your metabolism up.
  • 14:brush your teeth before a forced meal like a family dinner. food will most likely taste awful so you will have an excuse to avoid most of it.
  • 15:try to only weigh yourself once a month! real progress is shown in the mirror.
  • 16:drink detox water to curve your cravings.
  • 17:smaller plates makes it easier to eat less.
  • 18:food sabotage is probably the easiest way to get out of eating most (if not all) of a meal. (ex: putting too much salt or soy sauce on food... etc)
  • 19:rubber bands around your wrist increase focus and can bring you back down to earth when stressed or thinking about food. snapping them helps with anxiety too.
  • 20:keep perfect posture. use your abs to hold yourself up better. it burns a few more calories too!
  • 21:try on your dream outfit at least once a month to see how it slowly starts to fit you.
