I did it, y'all! I finished Whole30! I only cheated a couple of times, even on the days when all I wanted to eat was a fat stack of pancakes. I’ve never been more confident in my body in my entire life, nor have I felt this healthy and energetic. I can see muscles I didn’t know I had. The best part is that, while I won’t be as strict, I’m not stopping. This was the best decision I’ve ever made for my body. Seven lost pounds and almost four inches off my waist later, and I am one proud gal.
I’ve had such a lovely week by the beach in Cornwall, taking time out away from social media was so refreshing 💜 Breakfast today was a plate of these rustic maple pancakes with fresh berries, soy yoghurt and pom seeds. I also proceeded to smoother these in dark chocolate after taking this shot 😏
