Arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday July 10, 2013 at 3:30PM in Courtroom 10 before the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler.

The US Marshal requires all persons entering the courthouse to present a valid government-issued ID.

Limited seating for the public and media will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in Courtroom 10. The public and media will be able to sign-up outside Courtroom 10 starting at 2:00PM on July 10.

Hearing assist devices for the hearing impaired will be available in Courtroom 10.

Seating for the media overflow will be available in Courtroom 6, only for media holding a credential issued by the US District Court.

Upon arrest, Tsarnaev was not informed of the allegations against him, nor afforded the right to counsel. He was not mirandized for 2 days, while being interrogated while heavily sedated.

Facebook users rally around Mass. cop who leaked Tsarnaev photos

The Massachusetts State Police photographer who leaked photos of a bloody, defeated Dzhokhar Tsarnaev during his capture is getting public support as he faces potential punishment from his bosses.

“Save Sgt. Sean Murphy” group on Facebook had more than 32,700 “likes” on Sunday afternoon – three days after Murphy leaked the stark photos to Boston Magazine in response to Rolling Stone’s latest cover, which features the suspected Boston Marathon bomber.

“Please help me save Sgt. Sean Murphy from losing his job with the Massachusetts State Police,” states the anonymous page’s “About” section. “This petition is to save Trooper Sean Murphy his job. He did what I think most of us would have liked to do or would have done had we had the same resources.”

I don’t know if it’s ignorance or just blind patriotic pride. Everyone on that Facebook page seems racist with comments like “pop that fucking muslim!” and “Love that red dot, shoulda dropped the savage right then and there.” While most Jahar supporters post things about inspiring quotes, and standing against corruption around the world.
