Good morning and have a view of a day at the London Eye.

When the body dies (here we go with mainstream-exploited terms; my apologies to the philosophers)… There is a much talked about “subtle body,” that remains: the size of a thumb, he says. This body is an “energy,” like frozen water in a container that just cracked: it retains its shape. It’s “shape” is “memory” or practically speaking: molecular codifications of form: a “mind.” “Spiritually” that means my mother lingered around for approximately two weeks, as if she never died.

An important ritual had to be performed as a gift to ancestors- who are often “gods” in their own kind. As a child I use to think: “who cares? I don’t know them.” Well… Her mother; mothers mother; twice and thrice more, plus the gamut of deceased lineage on both sides were summoned to guide my beautiful daughters hand. An offering is made to ask: “please help her on her journey (the ice melts in 13 days- followed by a year long celestial journey)… Please guide and protect her.”

An offering is made to the “gods” and hungry “souls,” and spirits without children, sons, husbands, or brothers; those untimely deaths, those whom we know; do not know; those on the planet who haven’t been fed- they too, are not forgotten.

An offering is made to the trillions of organisms that compose this amalgamation that we THINK belongs to us- eternally indebted, purging my own liability as well. At a molecular level, in actuality: no-thing has ever belonged to one-thing. We thank the worms, insects, rodents, plants, molecules, germs, microbes and all components that sustain this body. We thank the five senses in the form of deities for their presence within.

And so tomorrow begins the 1st offering (feeding) to nourish my daughters spirit as she travels with her ancestors. As I re-assimilate into pure shining energy; I will be her guardian from the ground. But we offer the gift of energy to those unseen protectors.

For one day too, I shall join them and take my place as a guardian-eternal

Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.
