If you aren’t aware of who Jamie Oliver is, I will fill you in. He is probably one of my favorite chefs who is BRILLIANT at sustainable living. I started watching him when I was still  in high school, on a little show on BBC called “The Naked Chef”. Trust me, I wasn’t sure how I was going to flip to that channel and not get chastised by my mom, then I realized he wasn’t naked, and he was just an energetic young thing cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I won’t go into too much detail, but if you’re interested in food, sustainable food, and traveling, try out one of his restaurants in my DREAM city, Cornwall, England called Fifteen.  On top of cooking locally, they have programs that are specifically catered {pun intended} to help young people flourish in becoming chefs as well, and educated chefs at that. Read it up, get inspired, go travel.
