Banana and Cinnamon ‘Cold Chocolate’

No picture this time, but I’m recording the ingredients I used anyway

  • 250ml milk
  • 5tsp cocoa powder
  • half a banana
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp honey
  • tiny pinch salt

I mixed half the milk with the banana in the blender, and cooked the other half with the rest of the ingredients in a pan as normal. Then I mixed the two together in the pan, put in a glass, and left in the fridge to chill.

Verdict - not cold enough, it needed to be put in the freezer or blended with ice cubes really. Otherwise it was very nice. The banana gives it a really nice texture.

This is a lucky charm specially made for one of our commission patreons but obviously anyone can use it!

Just put the citrine quartz, cinnamon, mint, and a paper with your intention written in it inside a bottle and use a yellow candle (but any candle will do) beside the bottle for a whole day or until consumed and then bring the bottle with you or leave near where you sleep.

Hope you like it & thanks a lot for the constant support!

Light some yellow candles around your bathtub and place the orange calcite near the candles.

Draw your bath with hot water and add sliced lemon and orange. Sprinkle in a Teeny tiny pinch cinnamon and stir, thinking of a bright golden light radiating from the bath.

Add the mint leaves and get in, envisioning the golden light covering your body.

Relax, when you’re done blow out the candles and end the ritual. ☀️
