Christ Jesus

A tree is known by its fruit; or, as we say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. When we Christians behave badly, or fail to behave well, we are making Christianity unbelievable to the outside world.
—  C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity.

Does anyone else change the way they address God depending on their mood?
Like, when I’m just wondering if God can give me a little hand, I call him “God” or “Jesus.”
But when I realize he just saved me from what could’ve been a horrendous mistake, he becomes “LORD CHRIST JESUS, GOD OF OUR FATHERS, CREATOR OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH, THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA, AND ALL OF GOD’S CHILDREN SAID AMEN!”
That is his title.
