Under-Cats: I Photograph Cats From Underneath (27 Photos)

As a person who loves both cats and photography I couldn’t miss an opportunity to express myself during the international Cat show which recently took place in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The idea about taking photos from underneath came from the similar photo which I randomly found on the internet. I was fascinated by their cute little paws which were impossible to resist to look at.

It’s been over a year since we last shared a selection of photos of cats sleeping in strange places and impossibly awkward positions. Blaze Press assembled an amazing two-part collection of photos depicting cats doing their best - both asleep and awake - to prove a fundamental feline truth: no place is the wrong place for a cat.

Yet another quality that makes cats so awesome is how completely unselfconscious they are. Cats are so confident in their own individual amazingness that they’ll pose for selfies even in the most unflattering poses. If you don’t have a cat for proof, look no further than @unflatteringcatselfies here on Tumblr.

And if you live with a cat who’s posed for laughably awkward photos, submit them here.

Among the countless amazing talents that cats possess is their uncanny ability to be caught on camera at just the right moment to create an awesome image.

Bored Panda is building an outstanding collection of perfectly-time cat photos. There were 92 of them at our last count. These are just some of our favorites. Click here to view them all.

Cats rule and it’s never too soon to share more photos of sleepy kittiess snoozing the day away in cozy flower pots (and all sorts of other unlikely places). Japanese Twitter users have been delighting each other with photos they’ve taken of cats who’ve claimed planters as perfect beds.

Meanwhile Bored Panda’s collection of flower pot kitty photos (previously featured here) is now comprised of nearly 140 photos of sleepy feline plant imposters. Click here to view them all, but make sure you’ve got a pillow handy for napping afterwards.
