Please don’t harass Netflix Customer Service employees over the American Netflix losing the rights to Doctor Who. Honestly, it was not their decision and many tried to prevent this from happening.
If you would prefer calling or chatting into Netflix to let them know you’re upset about the change go for it. Just please please please remember there is someone else on the other end of that contact who is just doing their job.
They want the feedback, they need the feedback, but remember to be polite when doing so.
