Buttering

Vegan fine dining tonight, I got the “Big Mediterranean Breakfast” for dinner 😂 it came with chorizo sausages, grilled tomato, aioli, lemon relish, millet groats stew with homemade sunflower milk topped with pineapple and dates, creamy almond cheese, fresh chopped vegetables and fruit, bread and vegan butter. Safe to say I couldn’t finish it all but I definitely tried 😩

Made some PB cups cause it’s a million degrees out and chocolate it good (those had no correlation but whatever) 🙄
Recipe:
-1 ¼ cup PB2 -1 cup water -1 pack of graham crackers (I used @twomomsintheraw blended into flour) -½ cup coconut sugar -half a pack of @enjoylifefoods choco chips -half a bar of dark chocolate ✨
Instructions: -Mix graham crackers, peanut butter, and coconut sugar in a bowl. -Melt the chocolate chips/chocolate bar on the stove. -Line a muffin tin with paper or aluminum holders. -Put the chocolate on the bottom, then the PB2 mixture, then another layer of chocolate. -Chill in refrigerator or freezer until hardened. 🌞

Happy Saturday loves! I graduated from my 200 hour yoga teacher training yesterday and it feels soo surreal. I feel so grateful to have trained with such a gorgeous, loving, crazy, wildly incredible group/family 💜. Namaste 🙏🏼✨
