Had the best morning!! And so happy to be enjoying this Acai Bowl in the sunny winter weather ॐ
hope you all have a beautiful weekend

Smoothie Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 amazoniaco frozen acai pulp sachet (smoothie pack)
- 3 frozen bananas
- handful frozen berries
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Toppings:
- dragon fruit
- coconut
- mango
- banana
- frozen cranberries
- mint leaves

Method:
- in a high speed blender or food processor, pulse blend all the smoothie ingredients together until a smooth, ice cream like consistency is formed
- place in a pretty bowl and add toppings

- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- splash of water

Toppings:
- pineapple
- strawberries
- raspberries
- passion fruit
- granola
- shredded coconut

Method:
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients together until a smooth, ice cream like consistency is formed
- Place in a pretty bowl & add toppings

BREAKFAST: CLASSIC ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL

Yuuuuum. Blended one unsweetened acai berry packet with half a banana, quarter of an avocado and unsweetened almond milk. Topped with super foods galore: goji berries, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, slivered almonds, and ground chia seeds. I don’t know if it’s because the banana and avocado were perfectly ripe, but it was honestly like eating the most delicious and creamy pudding…I’m obsessed.
