Designed by Architects A. James Speyer and David Haid in 1953, the famous garage featured in Ferris Beuler is up for grabs looking ready for a modern suaré with Bambi and the gang. If I had won that mega millions, I’d be sitting in that place right now, getting the karaoke machine warmed up while waiting for all my friends to fly in on helicopters for the best party ever. Jus sayin.
