Moto C Plus goes out-of-stock in 7 minutes, next sale set for June 22, says Flipkart
Motorola launched the Moto C Plus earlier this week in India. The smartphone went on sale exclusively on Flipkart soon after the launch, however went out of stock in minutes. Flipkart in a press note confirmed that complete stock of Moto C Plus was sold out in just 7 minutes. The budget smartphone will be up for sale again tomorrow, that is June 22, exclusively on Flipkart again.
The online e-commerce store notes, “The entire stock on Flipkart was sold out within 7 minutes of the sale opening, selling at a bristling [sic] rate of 100 units per second.” Moto C Plus will go on sale again on June 22, at 12 noon. The smartphone was launched at Rs 6,999 in India. The key highlights of the device is its massive battery. The device is backed by a 4000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
Motorola launched the device in three colour varaints – white, black and gold, and all the models will be available for buying on June 22 on Flipkart. In terms of specifications, Moto C Plus sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core Cortex-A53 SoC which further couples with 2GB of RAM memory.
On the storage front, the mid-ranged device comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Camera wise, the Moto C Plus comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera, while on the front the device features a 2-megapixel selfie snapper.
