WOD 1 ~ 9.28.2012
Today I had Gantry Kids. Teens and 6-12 separate times of course. I did the warm up with the 6-12s. while one partner sprints, the other does box jumps. Keep a running count. We ran about 200m and did about three rounds. They (and by they I mean me and them) were toast!
I’m missing the fundraiser Lift4Lymph, so I’m doing a little workout at Virtuosity before I head out to Columbia Street for CrossFit Kids over there.
