I was tagged by the ever so sweet @cupcakesandvillainy to showcase my current mood in a couple of pictures. I wasn’t in a very bright mood, so I went instead with some pictures that resonate with me in general.

I’m tagging @72d-waifus, @whiteprideprincess, @lusitaniae-e (I dare you make a post!), @tropic-depression, @995884a, @funkerlied, @cult-of-life, @primul-om, @aznorseman, @the-one-who-brings-light ! 😎

I’ll be on the lookout!

what we miss … epic cars

Emerson Fittipaldi, JPS Lotus-Ford 72D, 1972 German Grand Prix, Nürburgring

despite being a double world champion with 14 wins & 35 podiums, Emerson never achieved the top step at the Nordschleife
in ‘72 he was on a roll, having won the previous Grand Prix, at Brands Hatch, his 3rd of the season all ready
he qualified 2nd but was no match for Jacky Ickx, who dominated the race, Emerson had to pull out due to gearbox problems

57e Grand Prix de France, Formula One World Championship race, Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet, France, July 4, 1971, 55 laps on 3.61 miles.
