15 Russian twists with two 5lb. weights
10 v-ups
Rest-10 seconds
35 bicycle crunches
25 competition sit ups
30 second alternating hip touch plank
Rest-10 seconds
15 leg lifts
25 crossover crunches right
25 crossover crunches left
Rest- 10 seconds and repeat all above once more
50 crunches
Stretch, get a drink, and finished!!!
