7, 12, 13, 21, 22, 26, 28 for Piper & Ben (I can't help myself okay it's the Pipen shipper in me)
I love that you are love my problem son so much :D Hope I do your daughter justice
7. who is the genius procrastinator who wings every test but still comes away with straight as, and who takes preparation and conscientious work very seriously?
Ben didn’t focus on school in school. Unless it was baseball or taking care of Frankie it didn’t matter. He regrets that now. Piper would totally study hard in private and maintain fairly good grades but would never brag about it because that would hurt her rep. But Ben totally sees it.
12. who still buys juice boxes and fruit snacks to put in their lunch?
Ben totally still does. He’s always eating since he got out. It’s the little things you miss while in prison. Piper thinks it’s sweet but would never say so.
13. who packs the other’s lunch and who repays them in sexual favours?
Piper would totally bring him lunch at work. And Ben would do anything to keep her happy. If that means a little extra attention in any way he would do it.
21. who’s the fantastic kisser and who has the beautiful eyes?
Ben would say that Piper is both. But Piper is secretly in love with how deep Ben’s eyes are and the little crinkles he gets around them when he smiles. And for a man who hasn’t kissed anyone for like four years he’s pretty damn good.
22. who has the sunshine smile and who has the seductive gaze?
Ben is totally the the sunshine smile, when he really smiles his whole face lights up. And Piper has that gaze down pat. Has for a long time. But Ben would rather see her smile than trying to seduce him.
26. who is the jealous one and asks why the other was being so flirty all night, and who is oblivious to their own charms?
Piper would totally be the jealous one. But Ben doesn’t even realize he’s flirting. He’s just that out of practise talking to women that he flirts without meaning to. It causes issues every time they go out because when Piper gets jealous she tries to get Ben to feel the same way. Ben hates it because he feels Piper is better than that and maybe she is deep down but she can be a petty bitch when she wants to.
28. who runs their battery down to 1% and who feels the need to charge theirs at 80%?
Piper would never let her’s run down. Girls gotta keep her social media game on point. Ben on the other hand forgets his places all the time. He’s not used to having one anymore. He’d much rather drive to someone’s house and chat face to face than text.
Ada sakit yang menampar ketika menyaksikanmu pergi dengan cara yang berbeda.
Tanpa sapa, tanpa kata, tanpa suara.
Aku mampu sendirian walau tanpa kamu.
Perkara aku masih mencintaimu atau tidak. Itu urusanku, kamu tidak perlu tahu.

Ok little backstory so, me @ceeblathers and @ghostkitten69 were playing with the idea that Lewis after coming back, still has some anger issues, and Vivi was trying to help him out. She tried some magic and things went wonky and Lewis ended up acting intoxicated in some way.
So sorta kinda drug reference to weed, but not really. (aside from a story about a coworker that inspired part of this story.) But its not really accurate to that. Its more of a mix of drunk and high.
[5/6/2015 11:31:28 PM] Ecto: oh man i just had a thought. cause earlier i was talking about vivi using crystal magic to help calm lewis. cause some crystals are supposed to have calming properties. but what if she overdoes it and lewis ends up the ghostly equivalent to stoned [5/6/2015 11:34:05 PM] Ecto: and he just is kinda staring off into space, and asking arthur really weird questions [5/6/2015 11:35:05 PM] Cee: omfg [5/6/2015 11:35:24 PM] Cee: “arthur… what…. what do you think horses think about" [5/6/2015 11:35:32 PM] Ecto: omg [5/6/2015 11:35:35 PM] Cee: “VI WHAT DID YOU DO “ [5/6/2015 11:36:21 PM] Ecto: “arthur, do you every wonder if plates get sad when one breaks?” [5/6/2015 11:36:29 PM] Ecto: “lewis….what…even” [5/6/2015 11:36:44 PM] Cee: he just starts sobbing [5/6/2015 11:36:49 PM] Cee: “they’d never know"
The harmony of completion: 28. The final path upon the tree of 12 spheres is 28. This number also emerges as forming a very definite pattern of sums upon the tree. Marked above, these are 0 + 28 = 1 + 27; 4 + 24,5 + 23; 7 + 21 = 8 + 20; 12 + 16 = 13 + 15. This appears to be the first time a single sum value incorporates all paths around the tree since the initial harmony of 5 in the 4 sphere tree. This is a clear indication the layout of the tree is now correct and 12/28 is the appropriate stopping point.
In Ephesians 6 when Paul describes the armor of God, each piece is defensive except scripture, which the sword of the Spirit. We know from Hebrews 4 that the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, so it seems imperative that we wield such a weapon with great care. Jesus came to save the lost and to fulfill the law - to make us right before God. The enemy is not the nonbeliever, is not your belligerent cousin on facebook. Sin, which leads to death, is the enemy. Satan is the enemy.
The following two points are just my opinions:
When reading scripture, especially to someone else, especially to someone else who doesn’t know scripture well, context is key. A lot of this list is made of single verses, but reading the surrounding chapter will help us understand what was going on, what God meant, and how to practically apply it.
2 Corinthians 3 tells us that if the law which condemns us is glorious, the gospel which makes us righteous is much more! Scripture that convicts us of our sin is important, but the gospel doesn’t stop there. When we’re ministering to ourselves or others, we can’t forget to follow conviction with the hope and freedom that Jesus offers us.
And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Eph 2:1-10
Mako Iwamatsu was born in Kobe, Japan. His parents moved to the United States when he was a small child. He joined them there after World War 2, in 1949, joining the military in the 1950s. He became a naturalized American citizen in 1956. During his military service, he discovered his theatrical talent, and trained at the Pasadena Community Playhouse. Mako Iwamatsu later got into film, and voice acting played many characters such as Aku in Samurai Jack and was the original voice actor for (uncle) Iroh the first two seasons of Avatar The Last Airbender. Mako died in Somis, California on July 21, 2006, aged 72. But he still lives on in our heart as our dear uncle, and is honored in memory by having an Avatar The Last Airbender episode, titled “The Tales of Ba Sing Se" dedicated to him and a character (Mako) named after him in the new avatar sequel.
Rest in peace Mako Iwamatsu, we appreciate all your hard work.
Dipper sat in the cabin of the Mystery Hull with Mabel, who was busy organizing her collection of colored shells. Stan had told him to wait in there and to keep his sister company. Of course he wanted to spend time with Mabel, but he had no interest in making pictures out of shells.
“Why does Stan treat me like a kid?” Dipper asked his sister, who was now stacking the shells into a model of a building in town.
Hello! So I was browsing my dashboard, and that long and wonderful 616 Tony post popped up and just whacked me over the head with how much I still don't know. Getting a jump into Marvel is proving difficult with Marvel's tendency to weave everything together so I constantly feel lost. Can you rec any good arcs or series to get me started right? I've read a few one-offs that seemed safe, Winter Soldier, Death of the Stacys, stuff like that. But I especially want some Tony. Any Recs? Thanks!!
if you don’t feel like going all the way back to the beginning, but still want to get a feel for pre-civil war era tony, then iron man v3is the way to go
“extremis” (2005, iron man v4 #1-6) is the usual gateway into civil war, and the last big iron man reboot that i personally enjoyed
the most recent reboots are all-new all-different iron man (currently in its 2nd major arc) and international iron man (currently in its 1st major arc), both written by brian michael bendis. i was actually enjoying international iron man, and the tony characterization etc in the 2nd ANAD iron man arc was an improvement over the 1st. still, definitely not the best 616 tony intro. definitely definitely not (and i personally just dropped both of those titles because they feed into the “civil war 2″ event, also written by bendis, and as of issue #2, i want to have nothing to do with it)
