Okay becuase I am all about being honest.
DAMMMMIT I WROTE THIS ALL OUT AND IT DIDNT POST :( WHAAAT?
basically I ate an entire pizza and instead of letting it get me down, I held my head high, had a bowl full of fruit, green tea and a healthy dinner of vegetables and a small portion of chicken scnhitzel. I didnt let the odd occasional indulgence get me down. I have woken up this morning feeling wonderful and I am so keen to workout :)
