  1. I want to feel cute and attractive in lingerie.
  2. I want to be able to go to the river/swimming/the beach and feel comfortable and look half decent in swimwear.
  3. I want to look skinny like my sister.
  4. I want to be able to wear things that wont fit me anymore.
  5. I want to look good at my graduation ceremony.
  6. I want to look amazing at my year 12 formal.
  7. I don’t want to feel as though I jiggle when I walk.
  8. I don’t want to feel like a giant in my car.
  9. I want my legs to look amazing in shorts/skirts
  10. I want to tone myself and rid myself of cellulite.
  11. I want boys to actually look at me and think wow.
  12. I want to lose weight as a big fuck you to everyone who ever called my names.
  13. I want to be as thin as I was this time two years ago.

Im going to start doing some exercises that focus a bit more on strengthing my core. I have lost a bit of weight about my mid section and I would like to start toning and strengthning the area.
