Notes: I had a super busy day today, a lot of it was spent driving though, so not as much walking, and I didn’t do shit for exercise. I had the same thing for breakfast and dinner, so I just combined the portions above. I also really need to get better at controlling myself around peanut butter because it is so bad. I feel like I’ve been saying that for days but what have I done about it? Jack. Shit. I need to just eat another food next time I want it. Fix a salad or shirataki noodles or something…just any other food that’s safe and lower calorie.

Your brownie in a mug recipe is 60 cals not 40 I'm a bit confused

How would it be 60 calories? I just went back and double checked all of my calorie counting twice and everything ends up to be 40. Maybe you’re using real sugar and not 0 cal sugar?

In regards to the Cheeseburger Post (saving calories by removing Cheese) it averages to 98 Burgers a year. 5876 Calories divided by 60 Calories per Cheese Slice. That's if the burgers in question are made with Kraft Singles American Cheese.

WHO EATS 98 BURGERS A YEAR?! That’s a burger every 3-4 days???? Oh my god
