M/25/6'4"/220. So recently I've been pretty good about my meals... Chicken and rice. I'm just a strongman/powerlifter and I'm getting tired of the same old same old. Any good recipes that deviate a little from this and are still nutritionally good??

Don’t fall into the rice and chicken ONLY trap.

Switch it up by:

Changing your carb source

- Whole Wheat tortillas

- Whole Wheat pasta

- Quinoa

- Add legumes: beans, lentilles …

- Add Veggies: carrots, broccoli’s…

Changing your protein source

- Eggs, Egg whites

- Fish

- Extra lean beef, lean pork

- Tofu
