6 week jump start fitness program


Hi,I’m Chandria and I have been on a weight loss journey for about three years now.  I’m 5’8 and have lost about 65 Ibs.  

I’m not perfect but I try to eat clean mainly during the week. I started with small goals like walking around the neighborhood and doing workout videos like Insanity.  I got into the gym in 2013 and mainly did cardio and aerobic classes like Kangoo Jumps.  Now, I have a personal trainer who has taught me how to combine lifting, cardio, aerobic and stretching for a well rounded program.  I work out 6-7 days a week. 

Before 2013: 245 Ibs

During 2014: 199 Ibs

During 2015: 185 Ibs
