from which stars have we fallen (McKirk & Spones, AU, T)
Summary: It began one October, in the city of San Fransisco. But not only October. This is the story of how one Leonard McCoy met one Jim Kirk, fell in love with him, kissed him, and opened a coffee shop with him, not necessarily in that order. This is also the story of how he met an annoyingly cold-blooded Vulcan in said coffee shop. Wasn’t that’s how things were supposed to be?
Warnings: T for some McCoy-esque swearing, general grumpiness (and salt), and kissing.
Word Count: 4,368 (DRABBLE MY ASS)
Setting:A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far awayCOFFEE SHOP AU. Alt history Trek. 22nd century SF.
Fandom: Star Trek (AOS)
Notes: STAR TREKKIN ACROSS THE UNIVERSE ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ these are the voyages of the cliched coffee shop AU because I can, binch. Also I was challenged by @renaissnce, sort of. Tagging @theodicker & probably @ninazvniks (sorry no Spirk yet BUT). Part of a collab with Lou/renaissnce, ongoing series. Ahead warp factor eight ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ

Every time Trump says that “nobody” has more respect for women than he does I can’t help but agree with him. He is right. The Greek hero, Odysseus, also known as Nobody to the cyclopes Polyphemus, who traveled through dangerous waters and struggled for ten years to return to his wife does indeed have more respect for woman than Trump does.
“Actually, I’m a big softie and that’s why I’m covered in tattoos, because I’m actually quite scared of everything. The point is that I’m naturally a quite fearful person, okay? So what frightens me I find a bit scary, and I portray in characters. If people are really nice and happy all the time you want to look out for the darkness in them. But if someone’s dark all the time you want to look for the lightness in the middle of them, because they’re probably pretty nice people. That’s what I trade on anyway, so I go around all the time getting angry. It’s because I’m a sweetheart, and I want everyone to love me.”
